"Excellent quality work. I didn't shop around after getting a bid from Terry. My wife and I were looking for a turn-key service with no hassle and we got just that. From start to finish, Terry and his crew were friendly, honest, and always worked to accommodate our requests. We remodeled our kitchen with a custom island and new cabinet doors, new hardwood floors throughout, painting, mantle replacement, and much more. The whole project was completed in 3 weeks. "Steven did a fantastic job with a less than desirable starting condition. He was prompt, courteous (he called me by name every time he spoke to me), and professional. He placed paper down to protect my hardwood floors in other areas of the house he had to cross to do the job, he vacuumed the area, and he even cleaned the shower doors after installation. He answered every question we had, even if asked after standard business hours, and the shower looks amazing! 5 stars!

"Super! Bantex came in WAY under other estimates--almost to the point where I was a bit suspicious at first! But a friend had a great experience with Bantex, and I got a great vibe from David Ellis, who project managed any crews that worked on various parts of the project, so I decided to take a shot on this (again, what I think was a really low bid) option. I'm glad I did--David was a great communicator, and VERY detailed with his invoices. If I'd gone with another company, I'd have had to cut a few projects off my wish list--but with Bantex, I got everything I wanted, and within my original budget. The various crews were clean, caring about their work, and just did great craftsmanship. All renovations can be messy and frustrating, and all hit a few unexpected challenges, but David patiently worked through all issues and was very reassuring throughout. I was a bit nervous about purchasing the raw materials (tile, flooring, underlayment) on my own, but David helped me figure out what I needed and that gave me a lot of control over materials quality and design, which I ended up enjoying a lot. Where I did get lost (which grout?? which backer board??) he and his crews were able to fill in where needed. If I had another project, I'd not call anyone else.
