I hired them on August 30, I paid a $1200 deposit. It is now September 23 and I have had no contact from them about status or anything else. I left them an e-mail - no reply. I left 2 phone messages, no answer, and no reply. I now assume that they have ripped off my $1200 deposit. They cashed my check on August 30.
After my review I heard from them today, they have not forgotten me nor are they going to cheat me. I was pleased to receive a response &Home Advisor works. My only negative is they need to respond to their e-mail and or phone messages. That would have prevented my negative post and eliminated my worries, as I expected something from them, status, and or information for my HOA approval.

They have always done excellent work. They are on time, did a good job. All the sub contractors do good work with fair prices. They can not put in the windows, but were on time, did the work when it was time for the windows. They were the only ones that stayed with the price after the work. We are very happy.

I found Storm Brokers searching the internet for Storm Shutter Repairs. Our Roll Up Shutter Spring broke, and we needed someone to fix it. Robin of Storm Brokers contacted me, and from their we setup a visit & I was provided with the costs.
