After 23 years, my wife and I decided it was time to re-do the master bathroom. About six years ago we remodeled our kitchen and it was fraught with mis-adventures. I reached out to Brad Caruso of Structure Builders on the advice of a personal friend/contractor who was unable to do the work due to a scheduling conflict. Working with Brad was nothing but a very positive experience. He was upfront and detailed about all the expected costs. He worked out a schedule that maximized our time and he was on-site almost every day, supervising the sub-contractors and making and explaining to us any unexpected necessary changes in our plan. All the men who worked in our home were gentlemen - all sensitive to the interruption that a re-model can have on the family. They were neat, respectful, and most important, competent and talented. Any minor adjustments and follow-ups that were needed when we finished were still handled with the same degree of care and attention. With our bathroom remodel, we truly feel we that we have upgraded our home value and at the same time re-created a space that is fun, unique and elegant, all at the same time. Very responsive and accomodating. I always felt they were doing their best to please the customer. There was a communication problem with one of the subcontractors, but it was quickly resolved. Hector is a master at tile installation. His work was very professionally and meticulously done.

This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. I definitely recommend Jay and Extreme Construction Group.

Darias Construction replaced an old deck for me as well as two support columns. They were on time and very professional. They finished the job on time and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them!

This was our second time working with Twin Forks and their work never disappoints. We got the most beautiful bathroom remodels - both of our bathrooms really do look like million-dollar bathrooms while being on a very tight budget. Bob was great about recommending certain things for our bathrooms since we don't know much about construction and these recommendations really made a huge difference. Every time we walk into either of our bathrooms we feel like we're walking into a spa. Would hire Twin Forks again without hesitation!

The entire process of renovating my kitchen was fantastic. The remodeling contractor was a pleasure to work with and conducted his group in a professional manner. Marty Wallach refurbished two bathrooms for me. I am very pleased with the work that was done, and the work ethics and pleasantness of his crews. Because of the work loads right now he was not able to start on my project right away, but once he started there were no unexplained interruptions. I am planning on redoing the kitchen sometime in the future and he will be my only call. Extremely professional and helpful.

We hired Jose to remodel our kitchen after some flood damage and his work was outstanding! Our condo where he worked was in Florida and we live in Pa. It was difficult to be there and had to hire someone to do the work and be in our home while we were not. Jose was fantastic! Showed us pictures as he went and truly did an amazing job. We trusted him fully and were so pleased with the end result. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and if anyone needs someone to be in your home when you cannot be there, you can trust him fully. I highly recommend this company. There was a lot of supply chain issues from covid and they were very accommodating and flexible from beginning to end. The craftsmanship work and communication was also very good and done in a timely fashion. The prices were also very competitive and reasonable.

I hired Preventative Maintenance to replace porch roof. They did just a fantastic job. They were here everyday on time. Swept up everyday before leaving. Brian, main technician let me know what was happening. Also Kris the salesman came to also let me know how things were going, almost every morning. I highly recommend them. If needed I will definitely be calling them again.
