asked this company not to have anyone come at 8am instead come at 9 and there was no problem with this change of hours. Kevin did an excellent job of building up some concrete so water would not get in the shed and he caulked the inside of the shed floor. This is the 2nd time I have had House Doctors do some work for me and I would highly recommend them for any work.
We were very fortunate having worked with Aviktor. Husband and wife team do exceptional work, are timely, responsive, skilled, demonstrate foresight, and are excellent craftsmen. We own a condominium on the water in south beach in Miami Beach but live in NJ and only visit on a part time basis. Our 1,000 sq. foot space consisting of two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen, and living room was completely gutted and renovated. Examples of their work: 1.) Trustworthiness/reliability: Communicating mostly remotely, they worked independently and effectively worked with us on all issues and followed through on a timely basis. 2.) Quality of work performed: Everything we had agreed upon was completed with meticulous craftsmanship and attention to details. 3.) Communication skills: Always available for discussions and responsive to all our requests. In particular, they established excellent relationships with the condominium management enabling them to work effectively within guidelines/constraints that prevail in all condo properties. 4.) Timely coordination with vendors and suppliers: orchestrated productive meetings with vendors and suppliers when we were able to visit Miami Beach during the renovation. 5.) Expenses: We solicited bids and they were the most realistic and reasonable. Thank you, Carolina & Victor for making our dream condo a reality. GREAT JOB!

Ana was very diligent in explaining the characteristics, as well as the pro and cons of the different lifts available and the cost associated with each. At no time I felt pressured to purchase a lift. John is in charge of assembly and installation. From the minute he arrived, he demonstrated his professionalism unpacking the system, with care to avoiding scratching the finish.
