  Our project went very well. Took longer due to the lockdowns, but these guys are solid and trustworthy; I highly recommend them. They're good people. My wife and I still admire how nice the work is almost a year later. We've tried, but we cannot find anything to criticize. Silvio and Dan are experts of their craft. We especially appreciated their attention to detail. We had a good amount of tiling work done in our half bath and laundry room area, and it is impeccable. Perfectly level and as square as the walls allow. Hard to beat this level of craftsmanship at this price

  We are so glad we went with Matt Silva & his team for our much-needed kitchen update. The finished result is functional, modern, and beautiful, as we had hoped. But the best part was working with this group of pros. Every person who was in/out of our house over the space of a few weeks was courteous and professional, respectful of our space, tolerant of our senior dog, and extremely meticulous in caring for our home as if it were their own. Matt visited us a few times before we committed to the work. Each time he answered a myriad of questions, showed product examples, made recommendations, and helped us decide on several key factors. Matt replied to emails promptly, and he always let us know when to expect team members to arrive. As with any reno, there were a couple minor snags but each was addressed promptly and to our full satisfaction. We can't say enough about how thoroughly these guys cleaned up every day. We never once tripped over a tool, found a nail on the floor, or had to worry about the dog getting into something he shouldn't. They sealed off our kitchen carefully, kept the yard gate closed as requested, and always covered the floor in the work zone. We used our own electrician but were very happy with the plumber, quartz supplier, and tile installers Matt coordinated. All of them showed up as scheduled and were as professional and thorough as Matt's core team. Honestly if this group did deck reno, exterior painting, and driveway paving we'd hired them for all those projects too. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kitchen Tune-up of Peabody

  This was our second bathroom remodel with Bay State. As expected, they did an amazing job. They are extremely responsive, subcontract to reliable and skilled workers, and are communicative about the process. They set up appointments for us at all the relevant vendors, and made sure we had everything before starting the project. Whenever anything went wrong they made sure it was remedied. Thanks in particular to Marcio who gave us tips and opinions along the way about particular finishing details. And to Andreina who kept us informed of the day to day schedule and any other details we needed to have. Would 100% hire them again

  From the very onset I developed a great deal of trust in NK&B based on the people who helped bring my renovation project to fruition. My Project Designer (and early project facilitator), Malaika, has a strong sense of style and was able to guide my selections of cabinets, flooring, and accents. She guided me through choices that were in my financial comfort zone. The new extended and widened kitchen peninsula is my dream pasta making counter; the subtle, gray-veined quartz countertops take the design to another higher level. Malaika helped me choose a floor covering that is perfect for my sunny and large multi-room kitchen space. The project management under Dean and Jason really confirmed my belief that NK&B is a reliable, competent, and timely working organization. My circumstances were such that I couldn’t be at home for most of the construction, and yet through phone and texts, I was able to stay abreast of the construction. They were terrific at keeping me informed of the ongoing status of the project. Project management selected competent sub-contractors where necessary. I am very satisfied with the cost and quality of the entire project. It helps to have a good understanding of desired outcomes and likely outlays. NK&B Project Estimator, Dave, did not low-ball the work estimate. He was thorough in his assessment of the needed work. The final walk-through punch list was completed efficiently and with great accommodation. When I returned to Boston after my extended family leave, it was like walking into a new place! I’ve lived here for thirty years but my “retirement nest” couldn’t be more beautiful. NK&B is the real deal! They might not be the biggest in Boston, but trust me, they are one of the best! Bob guided us through picking out all the products and fixtures, connecting us to experts with quality products. He walked us through the entire process. Bob and Caleb were professional, always timely and respectful, and were attentive to each and every detail They cleaned the site each and every night and always checked in to answer our questions and keep us up to date about the next day’s plan.   From the minute Tom came to our home to discuss the project it was positive. I was very worried about the project taking 6 months as I had heard many horror stories about kitchen renovations. My house is old and the kitchen hadn't been touched in 50 years. Tom explained to me why those projects took so long and ours would not fall into that category. He was right on the money. Started and finished EXACTLY as promised. There were things that needed to be done that I had never thought of. Tom explained how it would look and why things had to be done a certain way. Again, right on the money. Everything done perfectly. There were modifications that had to be done with cabinets as we had a soil pipe going through the kitchen. Tom made the cosmetic modifications so that you would never know. He also built a soffit which just changed everything. His guys were great. Clean-up perfect. We had a small snafu with the painters, nothing major, but again, Tom makes good on everything. He runs a tight ship. All I can say is use this guy. He does good work!!
