From beginning to end it was a pleasure working with George and his workers. The finished product was much better than I even imagined. He is a great guy, very professional and a perfectionist. His workers are great! They are polite, friendly and very respectful. I really can't say enough good things about them. They were all very respectful with my elderly parents and every day they cleaned up before they left for the day! I would and plan on hiring Gianfranco Contracting again and I recommend them.

This was a big deal purchase. The guy that came had been here before. He set up disabled for me. When he was here before he put locks on my doors. It was a good experience and he was good. He did good on the estimate.

I can honestly say that working with Vita, Jerry and their entire crew was the best experience we ever had with contractors. I generally don't like to recommend people to friends and relatives for fear they would have a bad experience but I can't fathom that happening with DJ"S Home Improvements. They truly made the entire renovation process a pleasure!

I have to say from the day I met Bill to each of the people assigned to the job, everything went very smoothly. I got immediate responses to any questions or concerns I had and the choices made we’re definitely for my benefit. I am disabled so besides doing a remodel we needed to make a kitchen functional for me. They made practical suggestions that made my kitchen beautiful as well as manageable. I’d use them again for any project I had.

I spoke with the owner and he was attentive and listened to my needs as a disabled person needing special things. He was able to solve my problems and add some extras that were on my wish list that I never thought I would be able to afford to include. He managed to work them in and stay reasonably close to budget. I am happy with what they will be providing me with.

We met with Donna and joe and there level of professionalism was amazing!!!! We have a disabled child and are looking to make it easier for us in the kitchen. Joe and Donna spent so much time with us, they are our future purchase I will go with nobody else. The show room looks so clean and gave us ideas we never thought of. God bless you both for taking so much time with us. Real people who care a rare contractor!!!

The work that was done was exceptional. Jim made every effort to match the tiles, and checked to make sure that any surrounding areas in the shower were in good shape. The area was left spotless. Jim recognized the importance of a quick repair for students with disabilities that are learning independence skills and made every effort to get the job done quickly and properly. I wilk definitely use him again and will recommend him to colleagues.

I would highly recommend them. He's a personal friend, does an amazing work, also done great work for a good friend of ours down the street who's got some physical disabilities to make his house more accessible and I can't tell you enough good things about this guy. He has a very good quality work, fair prices and just a great guy to work with. The work was spread out about a five-week period because he had to coordinate with the plumber and everything. Everything is fine.

Excellent job. I called late on Wednesday night to ask if someone could come a day earlier than scheduled. The next morning I received a call telling me someone was coming and the time he would arrive. The technician, Michael, arrived early. He had a ladder and all the tools needed for the work. He was polite and professional and did everything I asked. He explained everything to me. He cleaned up each area he worked in.

Fantastic contractor! Their work is excellent and Tony (the owner) goes to great lengths to understand your needs, lay out your options, and answer all questions. Our final costs matched the proposals even though we ran into a few minor complications. All of Tony’s workers are friendly and professional. They clearly take pride in doing a good job and leaving you with a finished product. We were first referred to Tony by an occupational therapist because he has a lot of knowledge and experience about adapting homes for the disabled and elderly, but he is a general contractor with a wide range of expertise. We are about to hire them again to replace baseboard molding and install a plywood subfloor.

Terrible Thief! He started work in June, and never finished. He just left us an unfinished mess. He never returned calls or text messages, even though he read the text messages. We asked for our money back for the unfinished work, but he DID NOTHING. We believe that he made the price good so we would foolishly give him the job and he could STEAL the money. He STOLE our money and did not have the professionalism and honor to fulfill the contract he asked for us to sign. We cannot afford to lose or have money STOLEN from us because we have a disabled daughter who requires a lot of services which cost a lot of money. He is disgraceful. It’s easy to hide, but it takes a good human being to say, “I made a mistake.” Don’t waste your time or money calling him.

Renovation is still ongoing. This company is a class act. They got all the permits necessary, deal with the inspections, order all the materials in a timely fashion. The lead carpenter (Brad) is a perfectionist. His work ethics and results are outstanding.His laborer (DAn) is a diligent worker and never stops. They are on time every single day starting before 8am and sometimes not leaving until 5:30 or 6pm to get the job done. I am disabled and they make sure I can get out of the house when needed and work around my schedule. The project managers Ramon and Joe are on hand several times a day to make sure everything is going on schedule. We gave them 2 pages from an Excel spreadsheet telling them what we want done and they don't miss a line. Everything is done how we want it if not better. They have wonderful personalities and are easy to deal with. We wholeheartedly recommend this company and would not use any other.

Wonderful experience! Tom and crew are professional and courteous, and a pleasure to work with.I am getting rave reviews from everyone who sees the kitchen. Achieved much more floor, counter and cabinet space. Allowed for bringing almost all food storage up to kitchen and pantry level, which was a major goal as I am partially disabled. Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, honest estimate of time scheduling. Made suggestions and recommendations to save cost. Did not try to oversell us. Once work started they worked a full day almost every day, and progress was made. If we were waiting for delivery of appliances, granite, etc., they moved on to other areas to keep steady pace. Cleanup every day at end of work day is the best I have ever experienced in my 33+ yrs. of being a homeowner. Sub contractors were equally as courteous and diligent as the general contractor. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my new kitchen! I am already making plans to have other rooms painted this winter.

On 05/10/2014 we met with the salesmen from Bath Fitters to remodel our bathroom and gave $750 deposit believing that we would begin the project in 07/2014. On 05/23/2014 my husband had major spinal surgery and was in the hospital for 10 weeks. Following the physical therapy he fell and fractured his left hip. Went back to the hospital for hip replacement in 09/2014. The entire time we were communicating with Bath Fitters on the situation with my husband. After two more surgeries in 2015 we resumed the conversation in the hopes we could proceed. It became evident that this was not going to be a fit because of my husband's medical condition. We ultimately decided to go in a different direction because Bath Fitters could not accommodate his physical disabilities my husband now has. Bath Fitters only refunded half the deposit with a letter said "Customer Satisfaction is our main priority". Money is their main priority because they did not do any work and should have refunded the entire amount of the deposit. The date 02/22/2016.
