Modesto Toilet Installation

After nearly constant problems with our old toilet, I gave up and called Martin Plumbing to install a new one. The plumber was prompt and polite. Even more important, the toilet has been consistently working---end of story and end of plunging!

Explained the problem and what was needed very well. Nice low key style, no sell. VERY clean, left all in order. Everything that he fixed is working perfectly.

Kelly was great. Arrived right on time. Listened to the problems and checked out each area before beginning any work. He showed me what he was doing and kept me informed about his progress. The Toilet flow valve I had purchased was defective. He had one in his truck which he installed instead. That saved me a trip to the store! Overall, I was very pleased with everything. It is all working perfectly now.

Well they didn't fix the problem so I had another plumber come out and replace a worn out rubber ring and everything has functioned very well. He said it should have been obvious what the issue was. I could have bought a new toilet for what it cost me to replace a rubber ring!

I had a great deal of dry rot around the house from years of sprinklers hitting the siding. Delta Bay Const., Joe, came and gave me an estimate within one day of my call. They started work the next week. They faxed me a very professional estimate and kept me updated on the progress of the job. All his workers were very professional and friendly. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I had them do a couple of extra jobs while they were here. I was very satisfied with the work. I trusted the crew to come in and out of my home. The painter, Juan, was wonderful and did a great job of matching paint. I would recommend Delta Bay Const.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They arrive on time. They are super knowledgeable and kind. They explain repairs and give options. The quality of their work is excellent! We had a toilet (40+ years old) that needed replacing, another one (25+ years old) that needed repairs, and then the morning of the appointment our water heater (8 years old) stopped working! Talk about frustrating and inconvenient! We called the morning of the appointment to let them know about the water heater. They came prepared for a replacement (which we did need). Additional issues popped up when trying to replace the toilet and they had to make an additional run for more parts. When the second toilet decided not to work well with the new repairs, they went out, picked up a new toilet, and installed it for us instead of requiring us to pick one up and make an additional appointment for it. When we panicked a bit about the estimated cost, they talked us through it in a kind, empathetic, patient and non-pushy way. The final cost was fair and below the estimate. All work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The guys went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that repairs were done well, done right, and everything was running properly before they left. I had started that morning in tears of frustration. I ended the day in tears of thankfulness! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services and they are number one on my list if/when we need any additional work at our house. Thank you SO MUCH Herk's Plumbing!

Handyman was knowledgeable, timely, efficient, stayed on budget, took pride in workmanship, and went the extra mile.

I have been using Mr Plumber since 1994. I would not hire anyone but him. He is fair and honest. He is reliable and dependable. I never have to have him back to correct his work.

He completed the work in a satisfactory fashion. He had to come back a couple of times because the inlet valve, which is the waterline that goes to the toilet, leaked a couple of times. It was an old line and we chose not to replace it. He came back each time at no additional cost and took care of it. After the second or third visit, he said that if it leaked again, he would replace the line, but it didn’t leak after that. Just as a matter of coincidence, I had a friend who had his hot water heater go out last weekend and I recommended Rich to go out there. He thought he was going to have to replace his hot water heater, but Rich got out there and did some repairs and told that the heater would last another 5 to 7 years. He is a great guy and works 7 days a week. He is a guy, who I think, is trying to build up his clientele because he is a young guy. He is just topnotch. One of the things that attracted me to him was his prices. I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable he was. The quality of his work was very good; even though he had to follow up a couple of times, it wouldn’t lessen my opinion about him.

Provider was very knowledgeable and professional. After he checked our old toilet and cleared the block, he then inspected all of our plumbing (toilets, water heater...).

Jason was terrific. Although he was later than promised, I received a call TELLING me he would be late, which is great customer service these days. He was friendly, skilled, and I couldn't ask for more. I will request Jason in the the future, and will always call Cahill's when I need a plumber.

I contacted Javier Sandoval of Plumbing Services A+ through Angie's list concerning a leaking toilet. Javier quickly located the problem and recommended replacing the aging toilet with a water saving model. I also decided to replace another older toilet in the house. Javier replaced both in just a few hours and completed the job in a professional and efficient manner. Thank you Mr. Sandoval for a beautiful and well done job. They were very helpful and friendly, the workers were prompt, very respectful of my home, very professional and courteous. They told me a week from start to finish. It was finished in a week and 2 days. It would have been finished in the week time frame except they discovered termite damage after removing the old shower, We had the area treated and the damage repaired which delayed them. I am currently working with them on redoing my kitchen.

The service rep arrived early, was professional and friendly. He completed all the work in a little over 2 hours including time to get parts. He left everything clean and tidy. I am very happy with Martin Plumbing's professionalism, quality of work, and personnel. I would recommend them to anyone with no reservations.

I called Martin Plumbing because one of my toilets had a problem that when you flush it the water would keep running and the other toilet could even flush because there was no water flowing through to the toilet.. I expected to make an appointment hopefully by friday but they were able to accommadate me on the same day I called. So I made the appointment for 2pm that day. This wonderful young man named Tim came on time and he knew what he was doing. He got to the problem of one toilet immediately and solved it just by removing some debri stuck in the filter. Then he tackled the other toilet and solved that problem qucikly by replacing the inside of that old toilet. I was shocked that he was finished with everything in 1 hour. Not only was he professional but he was very honest which was another shock to me. I am so happy that I found a decent and honest plumber. I know in the future should I need a plumber again I know who to call. Thank you Tim. Thank you Martin Plumbing and thank you Angies list.
