  Contacted Mark Kemper as I was searching for a survey company in the Twin Cities area. Mark was extremely helpful as we talked about my wants and needs. We selected a date for the survey and the next day found out we could move the date up - and give us more time if there were any issues. In the end, Mark's flexibility in getting on the property quickly was critical in finding a small issue with an encroachment. We actually delayed our closing in order for the seller to clear the issue - which would have become our problem if Mark and his crew would not have been as diligent. Mark also placed several markers on the property lines behind the house so we could accurately place a backyard fence. I found Mark to be extremely professional, detailed and simply excellent to work with. We spoke on the phone a couple of times during the process and he completed the drawing very quickly Our final survey drawing is the best quality and most detailed drawing of the three surveys we've done over the years

  This was a surprisingly easy process. After the initial call, Kemper & Associates sent some survey guys (The two Cody's, who were really, really nice guys) to do a preliminary check of my lot. A few days later they were back, at which time they finalized my property lines and marked them. Two days later I had a bunch of copies of certified blue-prints of my lot (complete with digital photos) for my records

  I found Kemper and Assoc on Angies list and called for an estimate. I spoke with Mark Kemper who immediately pulled up our lot on a database and gave me some details about it and what they would do. He was very knowledgable about what we would need for construction in Minneapolis and explained everything well. He estimated $1000, which was a few hundred dollars less than other estimates we had received. I call him a few day later to set it up and his team came out the next day to perform the survey. (Mark did say that during the spring and summer there is a longer wait for work to be done) In less than a week we had several drawings and a CD for our architect. They were fast, efficient and very nice to work with

  We needed to survey our yard for the city in order to install a pool for this upcoming summer. Kemper had a lower bid than several other companies we called, yet was extremely helpful with questions and very professional. They came out within a day of calling and had an initial CAD drawing for me within a few days. I wasn't sure what size pool would fit, but they were very patient and helpful with me in adjusting the drawings until we got it just right. Would highly recommend them

  I did not have a deadline or a need to have this work completed quickly. Mr. Kemper kept in touch with me, notified me of any changes in the plans we had agreed upon and was very professional to work with. My recommendation would be if you have a survey need with a tight deadline, be sure to discuss your time frames when you have your initial discussions or meeting. I was pleased with his work and I would hire Mr. Kemper again

  My experience with Kemper & Associates was wonderful from the start. Mark Kemper spent a lot of time on the phone with me when I called for an estimate explaining the survey process and answering all of me questions. I was not home when the actual site survey was done or when they came back to place new stakes along the property lines, but my mom was home and she said the individuals from Kemper & Associates were very professional and friendly and took time to answer questions she had.   DURING THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE YEAR, WE NEEDED A LAST MINUTE SURVEY DONE. BRAD SAW TO IT THAT SOMEONE CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY IN A SNOWSTORM TO SURVEY OUR LOT WITH TWO DAYS NOTICE WHEN NO ONE ELSE COULD DO IT FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS.
