Memphis Siding Repair

I'm a Cordova homeowner for almost 2 years. I had 3 different companies come out for an estimate on fascia board repair underneath my gutters. My experience with Same Day Roof Repairs was just fantastic. I found them on Angie's List and was contacted on the same day to schedule a time and date for an estimate. Two days later, on the day of the estimate, two contractors arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. I was impressed by how prompt and professional both contractors were. They thoroughly explained what the repairs would entail. Later that day I received the estimate for the fascia board repairs to include a paint job to match the color. The company receptionist also provided insurance and company license and bond. Same Day Roof Repairs' estimate beat out the other 2 competing companies' estimates. I approved the estimate over the weekend. I literally went to work on the Monday morning following the weekend, and on the way home later that same Monday I was notified that the repairs were completed during the day. I arrived home and I was impressed by the craftsmanship of the repairs. The fascia board and gutters look amazing with the paint completely matching the color of the siding. The repairs were completed in time before a rainstorm. I highly suggest this roofing and siding company to anyone looking for quality repairs in a reliable timeframe. If you need anything done around your home this is by far the best company and group of workers I have ever found. Great job on every aspect of what we requested and things we did not think of. Reasonable price and an excellent job. Kudos to William and entire crew for a job well done. Will definitely call the next time we need something done.

Ricky Hunt Sr. and his crew took great care of us. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful along the way. The price was competitive relative to the other two quotes we received. I chose Elite, because I had more confidence in his plan to handle ventilation and siding damage than the plans proposed by the folks offering the competing bids. The project was scheduled within two weeks of payment, and completed in a day. Mr. Hunt also recommended someone to take care of trim repair that we needed as a result of some water damage, and his recommendation proved to be very helpful.

William provides wonderful communication and an excellent price for the work provided. He helped us keep costs low. He also made suggestions for how to do the work that would be cheaper than what we thought we might need. His team is wonderful and patient. When I could not make up my mind, they made me feel ok about it :). They were professional the entire time they were at our home. They took great pride in the work they did and if something did not look perfect, they redid it even if I did not think they needed to. We hope to use them again when we are ready for more renovations.

Don and his crew were hired back in March of 2020 to paint the exterior of my house, replace any rotted siding, and repair the wood rot on my windows. The actual paint job was below $6k, but the wood repair was an extra $2k. The costs itself were a bit on the high end compared to the other quotes I received, but given the online reviews, I went with Don, especially because I trusted that his crew could repair the wood windows. Once everything was finalized, his crew got started and completed the job in about a week. The overall paint job and siding repair turned out great. Around December of 2020, I noticed that a few of these quarter-round pieces were splitting on the exterior sills of my windows. These pieces were installed by Don's crew. I reached out to Don in hopes that he would come inspect and repair it. After a number of back-and-forth attempts, I was able to get Don to my house. He filled in the cracks with caulk and gave it another coat of paint as a temporary fix. He promised to reach back out to me to replace the cracked pieces once his crew was in the neighborhood.

We couldn't have asked for nicer, more efficient workers to take care of our problems. Communication was excellent all through the process, and Mr. Oliver kept me informed exactly when they would be there to do the job. We were very pleased with the finished product.

For my project, I chose Aaron Painting & Construction (owner Donald). Quite simply, I am pleased to say I gotthe right contractor for my job. I wasvery satisfied with the price, workmanship, and quality. My view of myproject was mainly a coat of paint with a few siding repairs, so I couldn't use a paint-only contractor; I had to find someone that could do both tasks. Donald (Aaron Painting & Construction) quoted a resonable price for both aspects and, most importantly to me, Donald commuicated clearly and accurately and was also the owner and project manager - so the work was a personal committment as well. As thing always go, there was alot more bad siding than could be seen as the prior owners had painted over bad wood - but this company had the skills and knowldege to comprehensively resolve everything they encountered. Being the typical howeowner, I also threw in the requisite list of 'other' things for them to do and they did them all without a single complaint. My overall experience was very favorable. I am a very satisfied customer.

I was impressed with the work Oliver Home Repair did on my house. From the start William Oliver was very quick and helpful with estimate, suggestions and overall communication. They were on time and finished on time. Getting a lot of compliments on the improvements!

Oliver Home Repair was a pleasure to work with. They replaced some wooden siding on our home with Hardy board, painted the siding and trim, and repaired the ceiling in our garage. They did a top notch job at a reasonable cost. I am glad to have found Mr. Oliver and his team via reviews others have provided, and I would highly recommend them. When we added a porch years ago, the contractor never got the new roof around the chimney right. He came back twice to repair, but couldn't fix it permanently. I tried someone else - no luck, a couple months later the leak was back. Travis was our fourth try. I have waited this long to write this review to be sure the leak is really fixed. It is!! What I liked about Travis is that he told me up front that he could fix it temporarily for a lot less money, but agreed with me that "if you're gonna do something, do it right". Kee Roofing and Home Improvement will be doing all of my roof repairs from now on.
