All work performed was per quote, timely and of great quality! He was very flexible when other renovations messed up our schedule on several occations. Ron and his team have excellent work ethics! Recent Review: Arrived at scheduled time. Project went very well. Trimmed and painted room with 2 coats in less than 2 hours. May have been more than 2 coats as he was careful to make sure the finish was uniform and smooth. Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Recent Review: Everything was pressure washed and examined before any work started. All of the wood repairs were done and then painting began. Two men were assigned to our job but on some days only one worked (Daniel, and he was EXCELLENT). We had a delay to our start date due to weather, and another weather delay in the middle of the job, but Daniel did a great job of keeping in touch and keeping me informed about when he would and would not be here and what he could and could not do each day. Trash and debris were cleaned up every day before they left, and when the job was complete there was no sign they'd been here other than a freshly repaired & painted house! Daniel did excellent work and made sure I was satisfied with everything done during each step of the process. Adam, the main contact at CertaPro and the one who did my estimate, is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed meeting him and discussing our project needs with him. He was very cooperative and helpful and made adjustments to our proposal as needed when I had questions or needed to make a change. Email response time was sometimes painfully slow, but overall the whole experience was straightforward and without complications. There was one small communication issue regarding our project start date (delayed because of weather but not communicated to me until 10pm the night before when I asked an unrelated question) but it was the only hiccup in the process and everything went smoothly after that. All work was done according to the estimate and our discussions and there were no surprises or extra charges along the way. I especially liked that I didn't have to pay them ANY money until the job was complete and I signed off on it. Our house and fence are now in great shape and look beautiful and I'm VERY pleased. I would hire them again and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs this type of work done.

Recent Review: Coordinated with cabinet designer and designer, Cindy Udell, to determine wall to be removed, cabinet removal and details of movement of electrical, plumbing, removal of wall, etc. Demolished current kitchen and repaired walls. Scraped popcorn ceiling and repaired walls, painted walls, trim and doors. Coordinated and supervised installation of new cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. Installed new flooring. Made sure all demolished debris was removed from the premises and cleaned. There were very few problems and were handled quickly and efficiently. The results are stunning!!

Recent Review: It went fairly well. They finished when they said they would and it was a big job. There is a problem with only the employer, Jose, speaking English and the others do not. When he was not here with them, communication was difficult. The quality of their work was very good, although they hurried a bit when they saw that they were almost finished.

Recent Review: Chris Gavin and his assistant recently painted two room downstairs and the entire upstairs of our house built in 1958. We had an estimate from a painter who only wanted to paint and we wanted someone who would repair and improve the scars and blemishes from the years of abuse by teenagers, pets and weather. Chris and his assistant are very detail oriented and anxious to please. They communicated well with us and did an excellent job. They are neat and careful when painting close to hardwood floors and furniture, and they are clean, respectful and amiable men. Our newly-painted rooms look great!!

Recent Review: Mr. France was on time to give the estimate. He & his crew showed up and were skilled painters. The paint job was beautifully done and not a drop was spilled on our brand new floor. I will use them again.

Recent Review: Fantastic company. Tom makes sure everything is right, and all his people all do a good job. He has good experienced people for all the jobs, and will make sure it is done correctly. They are honest and fair. He is doing a lot of our work and will be continuing more work in the future. I would just keep him on full-time if I could as there is always the next thing to have done!
