Recent Review: weare now remodeling the kitchen. My father loved cork and they have removed the cork from the kitchen walls and dining room, replaced all wiring in the kitchen, put in recessed lighting in the kitchen ,took out part of the wall for a for a more open look. Joe BOARON was a excellent contractor.. He walked us through the whole process. He listened to what I wanted and came up with the kitchen of my dreams.. The workers were on time and he made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I enjoyed going and looking for the faucet , Backsplash, and tile for the flooring and learning from JOE how the process works. We only had one hickup and that was the carpeting the outside contractor tried to give low grade carpeting and JOE took care of it . He made sure it was the quality I wanted and told me this what he is for .. He is my representive and If I am not happy neither is he.. You should get what you want. Diego who was one of the workers was excellent he painted, plastered the walls , Took off the cork and many other duties. He aimed to please and worked very hard and explained what he was doing .. Always came to work with a smile.. They have provided a beautiful place where it once was dark and depressing to amazing light..The company provided me a stove, mircowave, and dishwasher . I was told that do not do that for everyone.. I am very grateful and blessed to have found this company.. If I couldnt get a hold of JOE I could get a hold of Kerry in the office and she would let me know what was going on that day..THANK YOU SUPREME REMODELING...For all your kindness..

Recent Review: The adage “You get what you pay for” rings true with MF Construction. When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them. Mike showed us several of his projects as well as his own custom home. We were extremely impressed with the end results. After reviewing several competitive bids, we selected Mike because of his 40+ years of experience in building high-quality homes. During the construction of our ADU, Mike was just a text or phone call away. He kept us informed of upcoming events and visited our job site almost daily, sometimes more than once a day. He was present at all 12 of the City inspections. Every step along the way, we noted the high quality of materials Mike uses from the Ganahl lumber to the thick insulation and roofing paper to the copper pipes and shower hot mop, and mold-resistant drywall. Mike uses materials which meets or exceeds code requirements. Everyone on Mike’s team is extremely skilled in his/her craft, many having worked with him for decades. Mike is old school and does not take any shortcuts. Along with high quality construction and materials, Mike is extremely efficient. Our ADU was completed in four months, as promised. Progress was made every day. From the rough work to the finishes, Mike scheduled his team members just in time which resulted in an extremely efficient and smooth workflow. Mike builds with his heart. His passion is infectious which inspires his team members to do their best work. The results are evident in the finished product. Our neighbors and friends are extremely impressed with the quality and build of our ADU. If you value a well-built home and appreciate attention to detail, you will not be disappointed with Mike Maman. You WILL get what you pay for with MF Construction.

The job was done expeditiously despite that his team was in high demand. It was much less stressful for us with his process to get everything delivered before the actual construction began. We love our new area so much that we hired him for our two bathrooms upstairs next.

I did my homework tho & met with other contractor but it was a waste of time- so how you don’t have to! My renovation included a complete kitchen, half bath, LR/DR combo from floor to ceiling. Not easy and not small project but Golden Line is reliable company and they did even better than I expected. All employees were very friendly, helpful and respectful. Recent Review: So you love your house but now are feeling that it needs an overhaul to make it look more modern and also have the amenities that are available now in 2018. It will not only add to the value of the house but make living in it easier and more interesting and convenient. But how do you choose what to do and how to get started? My recommendation is to immediately call David, at IND Construction and have him come over to discuss the necessary changes. He will help you decide how much you want to do to remodel and achieve the results you want. He is extremely personable and even tempered and full of great ideas which he will suggest and then discuss with you until you all agree on a complete idea of your goals. We had already worked with David to gut and rebuild a kitchen and bathroom a few years ago and knew how easily and efficiently the work went so there was never a thought about using another construction company when we decided to update our present kitchen. David looked around, gave us several suggestions as to how we could improve the room and then sent his crew to measure our space and figure out a convenient configuration for the cabinets. We didn’t even have to leave the house to choose the cabinets because the cabinet maker brought the samples to our house!! Because he is so experienced, David was able to help us with choices of colors, flooring, countertops, etc. The entire process was painless and although there were some decisions to be made along the way, the IND crews of workers were extremely efficient, knew their jobs, worked hard and really did not need direction from us. We had David’s cell number and were on a “What’s App” chat with him and his crews so it was extremely easy to contact everyone to ask a question or find out when they were coming in to work. Several times during the job, the junk and debris from the destruction of the walls, cabinets, floors were hauled away and after everything was finished, the crew cleaned up the garage where most of the mess was. David and his workers were very in tune with each other and communicated regularly, even if I was not aware of it. So if sometimes I called David to tell him about an incident, he would always say that he had already heard from the painter, or electrician, or installer! I can’t recommend IND Construction more highly.

Recent Review: LG Builders has been fantastic company to work with to remodel our complete garage conversion. From our fist contact, Leo and Dylan have been timely in their responses including the detailed timing plans tgat are kept up to date weekly, selections and pictures of progress and also texting and phone conversations as progress wad being made. Their attention to details in the administration part of the project was only outdone by his crews’ attention to details with the construction and finished work, inside and out. He finished earlier than scheduled while accommodating a lengthy list of additional requests we didn’t include in the original plan. His vision provided insight and suggestions along the way that improved the finished home better than we could have imagined, making the difference between “good” and “wow”. Leo was bery good to work with and positive in understanding our changing desires as we saw the finished project take shape. We are just thrilled with our home and ready feel it would not have been the same result if we had used a different builder. Thank you, Leo and LG Builders!
