"They job was a little complex due to the incorrect manner in which the previous valve was installed and the length of pipe that extended from the wall. The tech, Shawn wasnt sure if he would be able to replace it without opening the wall to attach a new pipe. Fortunately all went well with the repair and the worse case scenario was avoided. Shawn did an excellent job from the moment he arrived until he left. He was very respectful and upfront on what needed to happen on the repair and provided a price prior to beginning work. Additionally his priority was to make the repair in the cleanest manner and to make it easy for me to access the valve without pulling out the refrigerator.

"Patrick is a man of his word. Even though his subcontractors let him down he was there to the end working long hours , weekends, what ever was needed to complete the job. He did some extra things we weren't expecting which were really nice touches. Willing to give suggestions which all seemed to be good. "We hired Pacific Outdoor Living to do a bunch of projects in our small space in Burbank. They built an amazing water feature, added some grass to a space that was formerly concrete slab, completely changed our front yard from a lawn that was all weeds to a beautiful garden, built a stone wall in front of aforementioned garden, converted our sprinklers to drip irrigation, and added some lighting. From Andrew the designer to Chad, Jorge, and Daniel the supervisors to all the workers, everyone at this company is top notch. They got the job done super quickly, and were as professional as can be. Pristine was not the lowest bid, but I hired them because I knew I could work with them and liked the suggestions that Nathan suggested for the plans that I designed. It is hard to live with a team of strangers for several months and the overall construction itself is stressful because you have to empty the rooms and still try to have an organized life. But Pristine worked to make the disruption as minimal as possible. The workers arrived early, worked diligently, and cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day. They even worked the day after Thanksgiving. Love the result!
