I appreciate that Steve came out to the house to assess the damage and determine what materials would be needed, rather than just pulling a random quote out of the air without seeing what was needed. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable, not only with the repair process, but also with how insurance companies work with various claims. We walked the property and determined what was needed and estimated the cost, also discussing if it would be beneficial to file with insurance (in our case, the cost to repair was less than our deductible). We were fortunate to have good weather, and we were able to complete the repairs ahead of the planned date. Steve and his crew were also very professional while making the repair. While Crestmark was not the least expensive quote I received, and also not the most expensive quote, I am confident it was a fair quote and the repair work was top notch. When the time comes again that I need repairs/maintenance done I will definitely consider Crestmark.

Office staff were courteous and professional in scheduling visit. Craftsman was punctual for both estimate and repair visits. He carefully explained the details of the repair and terms. All repairs were made as stated with good quality workmanship. I plan to hire again for other jobs.

The work that was done was, window repair in living room, window replacement in bedroom, drywall repair in living room, a surround wall replacement in bathroom, and siding repair on front of house. There was a fitting issue in the bathroom with the wall surround for the bathtub, and the window replacement took longer than was expected. Once everything was completed, we were satisfied.

He's been here to repair, add or replace items. We just moved into this house and had some items that needed repaired or changed in some way. The major items were, insulating garage door and repairing the outdoor faucet before the weather turned cold. he's been very helpful.

The owner met me at the jobsite on 9/29 and assessed the repairs that were needed a price was agreed to and the work was done the next day. The repairs look great and I am very pleased. I was particularly happy that the price of the repairs was actually less than originally quoted.

Repair work was done to the soffits of our 100 year old house. Maintaining the look of the house was important. Most companies wanted to replace the soffits, but Bone Dry repaired them nicely.

They scheduled the repair fairly quickly and were able to put a new drain boot on, replace a few shingles that were around the old boot and seal it all up. The repair was done quickly and professionally.

Chris Sheets and the team at JD Hostetter did a full roof replacement and siding repair at our house after a storm in 2020. Then they did a full exterior paint job and added shutters in 2022. Both jobs were first rate and we couldn't have been happier with the service and the workmanship. I highly recommend them exterior house work.

Skilled team of 2 arrived and understood my concerns as well as design to eliminate buckling from driveway frost heaving. I had a partial roll of the aluminum siding and they were able to make repairs to all 4 sites without buying any more supplies. That reduced the cost of their repair by $100.00!

Jerold and his team did an excellent job with interior painting and drywall repair. Painted the entire interior (walls and trim) of an 1,800sqft house in about 6 days. Exterior deck staining and siding repair (with paint match) looks amazing. Would 100% hire again. Fair prices and prompt service.
