Indianapolis Faucet Installation

Fair. Could not fix faucet. Suggested a new one. Prices were outrageous both for the service call and the new faucet.

The outdoor hosebib replacement went well. For the water heater he recommended that it wasn't necessary to drain it and it probably would need replaced anyway. He did drain it, but water got all over the garage. The installed faucet also leaked right away, but they came back out and replaced with another one I purchased. I had to pay another service visit and they left some parts laying around. The guys are really nice, but I do wish they would clean up a little more after they are done working.

Provider was on time and performed work quickly. Everything went well and we are very happy with the new faucets.

It was thought that a new faucet was needed, the plumber thought it was the washer. He was correct the leak stopped.

Leaks in all but kitchen faucet fixed in short order. Handles to kitchen faucet were all corroded inside, apparently due to long-time internal leaks that we had not noticed. Bob Starks, owner and plumber on our job, could not get the handles loose without tearing them up, so we decided to get a new faucet. He okayed it with one of his plumbing supply wholesalers to let us pick out the new faucet and buy it at his discounted price. He then proceded to install the new faucet with no additional difficulties.

Plumber was on time and courteous. Got the job done in about an hour, including having to cut off one stubborn fitting. Installed new supply fittings in addition to new faucet. Provided the price before beginning the job. Allowed me to clean the scum and hard water deposits that had accumulated under the old faucet after removing old faucet and before installing new faucet - which I appreciated because the new faucet had a smaller footprint than the old one. Cleaned up after completing the work. Gave me his name and phone number to call if any leaks developed in the next couple of days...but none did!

The plumber gave me the quote and I had him go ahead and install the new faucet. It was a pretty simple install.

I had a dispute on the labor charge and I called them and they said they would take care of it. They forgot the Angie's List discount but I didn't say anything about it. The work was excellent.

Hope diagnosed the problem and were able to come out the next morning to install the new faucet. I am very pleased with the result and would hire Hope again.

Everything went great. I called for an estimate and they showed up in about an hour or so. Told him what I needed and he gave me a price. I ask when they could install and he said now if it was convenient. Thirty minutes or so later it was finished. Looked and worked great. The only down side was the price. I think it was high.

TIM HOLTMAN DID VERY GOOD WORK AND IS GOOD AT EXPLAINING WHAT HE WILL DO. THE OLD FAUCET TURNED OUT TO BE MORE WORK THAN WE THOUGHT. IT BROKE OFF. HE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED THE REST. I HAVE RESERVATIONS ABOUT ARS. MY IMPRESSION IS THAT YOUR EXPERIENCE GOOD OR BAD DEPENDS ON WHO YOU GET TO DO THE WORK.

Wonderful company from scheduling the appointment to dealing with the plumber! He explained the job and was very quick and efficient. The new faucets look great and no more leaks!

He called ahead and came withing the planned time frame. He showed us the new faucets and explained the warranty. He also had to open up 1 wall and install a new access panel. He cleaned up and other than the new faucets it was as if he had not been there.

They were here on a Thursday after the counter top had been installed, then checked the other projects. Due to needing some replacement items, the plumber returned on Friday to finish the job. He advised that the toilet was fine and the outside faucets were satisfactory. He replaced the pump cover and could not find a drain grate that fit the drain. He replaced the hoses, but found the sink faucet frozen and would have to replace it with a new faucet. Since the installed faucet is not longer manufactured, we would have to buy a new one and another for a similar sink in that bathroom. Since the faucet can be set to eliminate or minimize the drip, we elected not to do anything (his advice). We found their office contact to be very helpful and coordinating the service with the counter top company was a breeze. We also felt their work was of high quality. They also kept us informed as to arrival times.
