I am very pleased with Ms. Ottney who is self-employed, works alone and comes to us every other week. My 94 year-old father resides with me, making it especially important that Ms. Ottney is flexible and willing to undertake projects that are beyond those expected of the traditional housekeeper. She is conscientious -- it is rare to see someone scrubbing tile floors while on her hands and knees. Ms. Ottney is open to experimentation and trying new products. Additionally, she takes the initiative while still collaborating with me on cleaning.

THREE PEOPLE CAME AND WORKED HARD. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL OF THE TRASH. THEY BROUGHT ALL THEIR SUPPLIES AND MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE AWAY FROM THE WALLS. THEY WERE PRETTY THOROUGH. I WOULD BE GLAD TO HAVE THEM AGAIN.

It went fairly well. Some of the staff seemed more qualified and willing to work on tough spots than others, though they did provide suggestions for cleaning supplies to use in the future.

Very soon after we purchased the offer they were providing via Angie's List, the owner contacted us to setup a time. We had some guests who were coming in from out of town during the holiday season, so we wanted the house deep cleaned right before their arrival. They were able to setup a convenient time that would accommodate our schedule. I seem to remember that as we got closer to the scheduled appointment, I called them to see if we could make a slight change to our original appointment which they were able to do, but eventually it resulted in them having to send out a different crew than the the one they had originally intended. No problem. The duo they sent did a fairly good job, but since my wife and I were so pre-occupied with other things we had to do to prepare for our guests, we did not get a chance to over their work and I do recall there being a few things we wish followed up with them on before they left, but ce'est la vie. I won't hold that against them since we did not bring it to their attention before they left. Thank you.

Great service. Two people come and clean every two weeks. We have two cats and they vacuum all of the furniture and it is hard to tell where the cats have been. This is something that was very important to me when we hired a cleaning service. They come one the day scheduled and on days when a snow storm was predicted the owner called and said they could come on Saturday prior to the Monday storm. Very good customer awareness and service.

Same or next day estimate. Very reasonable pricing. Thorough, nice, dependable, flexible always. Recommended them to my neighbor too!

terrible service. none of our rugs were swept, mirrors were dirty, dust on shelves, kitchen was not moped and they put a gash in our wall.

THEY HAVE ONLY CLEANED A FEW TIMES, BUT SEEM VERY THOROUGH. THEY ARE NOT PROMPT, BUT MY SCHEDULE IS FLEXIBLE SO IT IS OK. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

QUALITY AND PRICE WAS GREAT, JUST WISHED SHE WOULD HAVE WASHED BASEBOARD. SHE IS BETTER THAN YOUR AVERAGE HOUSE CLEANER.

BEWARE THIS OWNER'S IDEA OF DEEP CLEANING. The house was cleaned but not DEEP cleaned. Contacted owner several times about his definition of deep cleaning. My priority was wet cleaning blinds and window sills. Second was cleaning 2 bathrooms and kitchen. My home is always pretty clean so no scrubbing was necessary and I had just had carpet cleaned the previous Friday. I had 4 women cleaning my home. They were finished in 50 minutes. I did have to ask them to vacuum the area rug in living room. In all discussions with owner, his only response was to thank me for feedback and he would use it to do better in the future. While that is good, what about the things in my home that weren't deep cleaned. When they arrived they told me there was no way they could wet clean blinds due to time restriction. They weren't even told about blinds. The owner specifically asked for priority list. One of the ladies said the owner of the house they cleaned before mine, was upset over same deep cleaning issue. I don't mind paying the money for the job they did. It was good. While I would probably use them again, it would have to be clear that they do the work that I hired them to do.

Nick was quick to reply and get out for an estimate, was priced a little lower than other quotes so I was hesitant, but he did amazing work and got my patio and driveway looking like new again! Will definitely be saving his contact and getting this done every year! Highly recommend
