    The experience was wonderful. Two crews arrived about 8:50 in the morning and we’re finished by 2:30. They left the yard better than they found it and every single one of the men working was extremely courteous. This was my mothers house and I will certainly be using them on my house in the not too distant future. I was so happy with all of it you can’t tell there was anything done except for the two little patches in the driveway. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful they treated us during the process. Everyone from Roxanne in the office to the different companies they sent out to do inspections. I also am very happy with the condition of the property after they left. You could not tell anyone had been there because they cleaned up after themselves so beautifully

    INITIAL RESEARCH: I waited more than three months to replace my roof following the April 28 hailstorm. I heard lots of Texas roofing horror stories, so I wanted to thoroughly research my options. At least 30 "roofers" visited my house after the storm. But we have a policy NOT to purchase anything from solicitors (except for kids selling). Based on a newspaper columnist's recommendation, I checked out which roofers were members of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association. I called them and learned that this organization has strict member requirements. Once I narrowed my list of possibilities, I checked their BBB rating; then I checked with Anji. MY SELECTION: By sheer volume of A-ratings, Quality Tops Roofing looked like a promising candidate. However, Bruce made the final sale in person. I was impressed with every aspect of my interactions with Quality Tops Roofing. I was informed what to expect, and every part of the job was handled like clockwork. THE JOB: The shingles arrived at my house the day before the roofing work, as promised. The EIGHT workers arrived bright and early and worked diligently despite the 95+ degree heat. It took almost a full day, but the stripping of the old shingles, minor roof repairs, installing the new shingles, and clean up were thoroughly completed without incident. FOLLOW UP: A couple days later, an inspection team evaluated the work done. This is the third roof I've had to replace in 21 years; Quality Tops Roofing was the only one to inspect their work afterwards by a separate team of workers. I also received a call from Bruce at Quality Tops Roofing asking how everything went. Bruce also gave me a recommendation for gutter replacement. But he also warned that some gutter colors are currently unavailable due to COVID. ADDITIONAL ACCOLADES: Before being contracted to perform the work, at my request, Bruce directed me to a roof framer to review the structural integrity of my roof. Once my roof was certified OK, I gave Bruce the go-ahead to start the job. At my request, the roofers also corrected a venting problem with my dryer that was created by the last roofing company in 2011. At Bruce's recommendation, his folks also corrected the position of one of my wind turbines. SUMMARY: After reading about all the roofing horror stories (NO roofing license is required in Texas-???), I was greatly relieved to finally sign up with an organization that I felt I could trust with a $17K job. Quality Tops Roofing did not disappoint me; in fact it exceeded my expectations. After worrying about this for more than three months, I felt a great weight lifted from my shoulders.     We waited 30 years to completely redo our 1/2 acre backyard space. This project was to be a one-time chance to create my idea of a backyard oasis. The Greenview team went beyond my expectations. We have seldom worked with so many talented crews on any landscape project. All the stone-work patios, walkways & walls were created by a true artisan. They even added stairs to a landing for me! They dug French drains, prepped the soil, selected & planted bushes where needed, then finished off by replacing all the sod that died as a result of the 2-month process in the hottest July & August any of us can remember. The irrigation crew was just as knowledgeable & creative as all the rest. I cannot praise these people more highly. Can’t wait to enjoy our new space when the weather is cooler & the mosquitoes have gone away

    My husband and I were looking for a backyard remodel. We wanted to rejuvenate the space. We were quoted by Allied Solutions at more than double what Prime American quoted us. We chose to go with them because they seemed very knowledgeable of what they were doing, they seemed honest and trustworthy as well. We had a bit of a delay in the kitchen due to a delay in shipping of the stone we bought. Hunter was very clear with us from the jump regarding what was happening and gave us tracking numbers and followed up daily. Once the stones arrived they came out and completed our work immediately. Igor and his crew were very open to communicate and a pleasure to have in our homes. We would 10/10 recommend this company and are going to bring them back to finish turning our backyard into, as Hunter kept calling it, our oasis
