    I hired Envy to construct a brand new, roughly 180 square foot four-season sunroom. After receiving an estimate from a different contractor, we decided on Envy after meeting with Adam for a free examination of our area and estimate provided on the spot. The multiple construction options and materials promised all appeared high-end. Sunroom options were plentiful in all of his available photos. I work from home and could see Envy's workers from start to finish (while trying not to bother them and let them work). From digging the foundation and pouring concrete, to laying beams, to installing high-end quality vinyl screens and windows, to building the new roof into my existing home roof, to the final step of installing a PTAC HVAC system, Envy's work met or exceeded all expectations. The project was completed just a few weeks later than we originally discussed but with the large amounts of rain we had in the spring, it was understandable that there were delays. Adam and project manager Yancy were great with communications and total pros every step of the way. There were cheaper options out there, but I honestly don't know how any other company or contractor could have done a better job. I hope to never move again and am so happy I have such a quality sunroom to spend the majority of my home time in. Bottom line: My sunroom looks absolutely magnificent and my wife and I could not be happier. I'm bursting with excitement to just sit in it looking at the trees in my yard, or watch the snow fall this winter

    My building's common stair's bannister had separated from the handrail and wouldn't budge back together. I contacted about a half dozen local handymen and tradespeople, and Budget Right made me feel the most confident they could and would do the job right. After a consultation with questions and pictures of the project Victor was assigned to my job. Victor was one time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He carefully assessed the job and explained the best course of repair and what we could expect to be the outcome. When he was finished he explained what he had done and took time for questions. The repair was done faster and better than I could have imagined, at a price roughly equal to or less than other quotes I had received. The stair post is now even more secure and sturdy than it was before the break, and I'm pleased to have safe stairs again. Others in the building have even asked for the info of Budget Right after seeing the repair

    i could not be happier with the work completed by The Basement Men after we suffered a Sewer Back Up. I was not happy with the proposal from the original remediation company, and several contractors quoted the project but did not understand what we were looking to accomplish. Steve took the time to ask questions and clarify everything we wanted done, and the results were outstanding. We are now working with Steve on a Concrete project for our back patio. Great job!

    Richard B. from Mr Handyman Lincoln Park is amazing. A true craftsman who takes pride in his work. Took sloppy work done by the previous home owner and fixed everything up. Our back door didn't open properly because the wood stud frames weren't squared up. Richard removed the old doors, stabilized the frame, and installed the new doors so they open smoothly. Installed drywall on a ceiling section with random pipework, which took some cleverness! And fixed an even stair step

We were so happy with the process and the finished product that we had them back and renovate our laundry room, powder room, and a hall bath. We had the same exceptional experience and could not be happier with how everything turned out. Working with the Sebring team makes the whole construction process less stressful. They are professional and proactive through the entire process. The designers you work with have excellent taste. The materials are high quality and the workmanship is excellent. Through the construction phase they are very respectful of your home and clean up well every day. They are always easy to get in touch with. I really like the program they use that everyone accesses for scheduling, drawings, selections, billing, and messaging with them. I highly recommend using Sebring for any renovation project

    MMH has done lots of work on my own house and my rental properties. He's very talented with kitchen and bath remodels, general carpentry, laying floors, tiling, etc. I was introduced to MMH through his contracting work with a flooring company, and I've hired him directly for other work ever since. I've come to trust him with the keys to the premises. He's been very honest, responsive, and reasonable in the pricing. I would definitely continue to hire him for more projects

Our home is 100 years old, and we wanted to add a back door into the fenced yard. We did not realize the extensive permit process, requirements, and various code requirements. Sara handled all of it. She is quick to communicate, and provided us with several options. Would highly recommend
