Excellent, called right away. Came the same day to get the old aluminum overwrap for a template and brought the new one the next day and installed in a snap!

The materials were excellent but installation was replete with issues caused by the subcontractor they brought in. Corrective action was adequate but the overall process was frustrating. There own installation crew was knowledgeable and efficient. When considering United, verify whether installation is by United employees or a subcontractor.

Steve & his crew did a GREAT job. Proposal & estimate were detailed and easy to understand, and there was no pressure for us to sign. His crew was fast and respectful, and their cleanup was thorough. Steve insisted we do a final walk through together to be sure we were happy with the work. 100% recommend.

Leo came by on 9/6/2006 and the job was contracted on 9/8. Later, I added the storm doors and more shutters to raise the total cost a bit. The replacement windows and patio door arrived on 10/6 and were installed by Bart and his brothers in two and a half days in a flurry of activity. Vinyl siding deliveries started on 10/18. The repairs were completed and the vinyl siding was installed by Kevin's crew over the next three weeks. During this time, Bart installed the remaining doors, installed siding around the electrical entry, and installed exterior fixtures. During the siding installation, delays occurred because of bad weather, late siding deliveries and other job commitments. The job was completed on 11/7. On the whole, the job was virtually painless. Although I can't judge yet how weather-tight the house is, everything is fastened down firmly and trimmed out neatly. The house looks great!

I recently had Beantown complete a significant siding upgrade on my house and large detached garage. You may be reading this because hiring contractors to do work you know little about is a bit anxiety provoking and can result in some unpleasant results. Even though I have a background in engineering and construction, I moved forward with vinyl siding my home with some trepidation. My wife and I did some research and through a friend’s recommendation hired RJ Scalzi and Sons. The work scope included replacing fascia boards, rake boards, gutters, shutters and downspouts and installing vinyl siding. Jason and Matt showed up on time, and it very soon became clear that they were extremely skilled at their craft. Through every step of the project, they took measures to minimize inconveniencing us, including location of work vehicles and work benches, preventing damage to lawn, shrubs and trees, securing artwork on walls and shelves to prevent damage, communicating updates on schedule and timelines and maintaining a neat work area. Not only did it appear that Jason and Matt were talented, but it was also obvious that they have honed an extremely efficient team that executes work safely, quickly and with the highest quality. Two minor unexpected and out of work scope problems arose during the project that instead of dropping on my lap, as they rightfully could have, they took action and got resolved. Over the days Jason and Matt worked on our home, we were constantly impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. A major plus was the professional, considerate and friendly demeanor both young men exhibited throughout the project. We enjoyed listening to their good natured banter, that didn’t slow them down one bit, and interacting with them. The completed project looks great and met all of our requirements, a neighbor even stopped by and asked for an estimate. Jason and Matt’s ability to combine high quality efficient work with very winning personal ways made the vinyl siding of our house a great experience and this may sound strange, but it was fun to have them around. O' Sullivan Installs did a fantastic job residing my whole house and installing two new doors. The crew was great, always cleaned up before the end of the day. My house went from an eyesore to the best looking on the block. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The entire team from the front office down the the installers were amazing, friendly and professional. They far exceeded my expectations!!!! Would highly recommend them for any and all projects you need that they do!! Will definitely do business with them again.

Joe is very punctual, polite, professional, and down to earth. He told me that the custom-ordered window would take 4-6 weeks to make and the installation would take one day and he is true to his words. His crew is also very friendly. Joe and his crew arrive by 7AM on the day of installation and completed the install along with the rot repair by 4PM. Would highly recommend Joe (The Siding Guy) and his team.

We hired Bedford Builders Remodeling to install our master bath, and we ended up with a work of art! We worked with a designer to create a sophisticated concept for our bathroom, but Bedford Builders Remodeling was easily able to pull off the complex installation. At every point, they exhibited the highest level of craftsmanship--I thought that such high quality work had died out in the 1920s. Even more, they showed up on time every single day, worked hard throughout, and made sure we were happy with everything that was installed. They are a top quality company!

Great! This was all installed around a remodel I was doing with my basement with a very good Local New House and addition builder. John and Jack participated with care installing the windows and supervising the crew installing the siding. The people were easy to work with and cleaned up each day before leaving even though they had the worst weather conditions to work with as this was done in February and March.

Ben and his team showed up to give me a quote and walked me through every aspect of the project. The windows were measured and ordered in the same day and once they came in they were installed quickly and professionally. Throughout installation the team was polite and cleaned up well after installation was finished. I will absolutely work with this company again for my next project.

We called E.B. Window & Siding Co. and asked them to install a double pane half light door and storm door going out to our back deck . We had them install the same two doors that they had installed in our mud room about one year ago when they installed our siding. We liked the quality, appearance, and functionality of the doors. Ed made an appointment with us to come to measure for proper fit. Ed explained to us that if we wanted to save some money, we really did not need a storm door with the double pane exterior door we ordered. We opted to purchase the storm door anyway, because we like to use it a screen door in the summertime. A few weeks later Kathy from E.B.Window And Siding Co. called to let us know the doors were in, and to schedule an installation date. They came as scheduled and installed the doors. We have used E.B Windows And Siding Co. to install siding, windows and doors in our house. We have always been very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. We highly recommend them.

I would like to commend E.B. Window siding and doors for their excellent job and the excellent experience that I received from their services. From estimate through completion I was thoroughly satisfied. I am extremely happy with the interior door that they configured and installed. I am now able to keep the office air conditioned and it has made a huge difference in our comfort during the summer. The door installation was not without its missteps as the manufacturer originally sent the wrong size door for installation. The company could have configured and installed the door that was sent, but the door opening would have been smaller and less user friendly. It was the installer (Mike) who pointed this out, called his boss and put all of the removed molding in his truck as well as temporarily sealing the door opening until the new door could be manufactured and then installed. Great job all around and I would use them again for any window or door work. Jeff
