Great experience. Joe and his crew are reliable and respectful and work hard to get the job done right and to your satisfaction. We replaced our old wood deck with a composite deck with railings (11x10). Joe knew what materials were the best, went over our choices and costs with us, handled all permitting and inspections, and was up front about everything. Joe and his crew were respectful of family with small children, cleaned up every day they worked, showed up when they promised and finished when they promised.

Patrick was great. He was very professional and super efficient. Patrick went out of his way to find the decking we wanted (stores in Nashua are very limited in their choices) it arrived 2 weeks after ordering. He wasted no time in installing our new deck and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We also found his costs to be very reasonable. We definitely recommend Patrick to our friends and neighbors and anyone else who could use his services. We will most definitely will be calling upon him again in the future for more projects. Thank you Patrick for your hard work and friendly disposition, we enjoyed working with you.

R P Wilkinson construction calls themselves "Your Dream Deck Builder" and they certainly turned my dream of a beautiful deck into a reality! They listened to my needs and designed and built a fabulous deck to last and look gorgeous for many years to come. The deck is well built, the crew was very professional and punctual. They came and did their work on the dates we agreed upon and completed in the time expected. They cleaned the space and left no traces of a construction crew having been in my yard. RPW Construction was a pleasure to have done business with and I highly recommend before you decide on any company to build your deck, you call them.

"Honest, courteous, pays attention to detail..." These are a few adjectives I would use to describe Tom Brady Carpentry and his team. They tore down my 14x24 wooden deck and replaced it with a 12x14 deck, working through the heat wave we had this July. The new deck was built beyond my expectations. John met with me at my house to discuss my project. He brought samples of different deck materials and described the pluses and minuses of each based on his experience. This was extremely helpful as I was thinking of a nice mahogany deck; glad I did not go that way - wood decks require high maintenance. There is a wide variety of no maintenance deck materials. I settled on Trex. The crew was great. They were professional, showed up on time every day, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. I was very comfortable having them at the house while I was at work. John was available to answer any questions I had by phone in the evening, and he was very accommodating in making some minor changes that I requested. Best of all, they built a beautiful deck. Everything went smoothly, except for the start date. The project was started a week later than scheduled due to weather delays. This is the second time I have used them; they remodeled my bathroom a while ago.

Overall I would highly recommend Archadeck. They deliver top notch service. Our carpenter, Eric, was amazing and was meticulous with his attention to detail. We love our new deck! The only constructive feedback I can offer is that I asked Archadeck to handle the permit process and for some reason they waited until the Friday before the Monday that the project was scheduled to begin to submit the permit request to the town. As a result, the project was delayed a bit due to not having a permit. My advice would be to make sure they submit the permit well in advance. My town recommends submitting the paperwork 30 days in advance of the anticipated start date. All that said the deck was definitely worth the wait and I would use Archadeck again!

We hired Durable Remodeling to replace our older wood deck with a new Azek deck. Dean was wonderful to work with; very knowledgeable about what we needed, and very personable. I received quotes from 6 different companies. Durable was right in the middle pricewise. The guys who did the work were friendly and efficient and there workmanship was excellent. Would hire them again in a minute.

Great! We had them remove the old wood deck and stairs and replace them with engineered wood and PVC covered boards. We added lighting on the stairs and deck as well

Everything went perfect. Eric was here everyday early and got the job done on time. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would hire him again.

If we were asked to conceptualize an ideal construction project, we could simply chronicle R.P. Wilkinson’s construction of our new deck. The initial contact and design phase: Rob was punctual and prepared to work with us. He patiently offered helpful suggestions without any pressure. His guidance through the design and decision process made it far easier than we had anticipated. When we had a final concept in mind, he took us to a similar, new deck in a nearby community. The owner of that deck expressed complete satisfaction. Rob provided us with references who were currently building decks; they enthusiastically recommended Rob and his crew. The contract and construction schedule: Rob’s proposal and design documents, which became the basis for the contract, were complete and understandable. In preparation for building our deck in January, footings were dug in early December, before the ground froze. Once construction was scheduled to commence, Rob was outstanding in communicating with us about what would happen and when. The construction of the deck: A two person crew of experienced carpenters worked efficiently and skillfully to build our deck. We were fortunate to have good weather during construction. They were highly organized. Mike, the construction foreman, pointed out and corrected a number of problems from a prior siding project. This was above and beyond. The final product: We are delighted with our new deck – the design, the materials, the construction, and, best of all, the process.

It went great. I love the new deck. I love the picture frame edge. They were here early every morning and worked very hard. In no time at all I had a beautiful new deck to enjoy this summer. Thank You Ricardo Perez and crew.

They built a new roof deck after a roof repair required replacement of the old deck. The new deck is fantastic and they did a great job!

So I gave a C rating but honestly my experience was worse. I chose to gave a C because I understand that during the pandemic home contracting work has spiked and most of these folks are really busy. That being said.. I contacted RBM through Angies list on 8/14 and they responded saying they would love to come give me an estimate asking me for my address, I gave them my availability and asked when they would like to come out to give me the estimate but did not receive a reply. On 8/18 I receive an "OK" message but nothing else. On 8/19 I responded again and asked if they still were interested in coming out and giving me an estimate and they responded "YES". So I again provided my availability and was told to text the address to a phone number "978-87X-XXX8" (I blocked out part of the number for privacy reasons). I texted the requested information and received back "OK". On 8/24 after five days of silence on both Text and Angie's list, I again sent a message trying to follow up with getting the estimate but did not receive a response. As of 9/14 I still have not received response to my communication on 8/24. I am disappointed because honestly if they had just communicated that "Hey we are too busy" I would have understood. ANYTHING would have been preferable to the silence I received. I am sure they are probably great people but right now my personal grade for them is "F", I rated them a "C" because I did not experience any loss other than time and have since accepted the bid from another contractor for the work. Do better, the next person to bother leaving a review may give you the "F" you deserve if you treat them the same way.

Overall, very happy with the entire experience. Karl was very easy to work with. Very flexible. We decided on a small change half-way thru the project that required a permit modification and a delay for Karl in his work schedule however he was happy to build us a deck that was exactly what we were looking for, even if a late change in the design set him back for other jobs. We are planning a full kitchen remodel in the winter and Karl is the first person we plan to call.
