    Jeff could have easily lied about the condition of the roof just to get $$ now, but instead had integrity and told me the roof was in fairly good shape for its age. The maintenance work was done and area cleaned, better than it originally appeared. Jeff continued with excellent customer service and outstanding communication. After I paid the invoice I had my patio cover disassembled and suspected roof damage to an "eyebrow" roof previously inaccessible due to the patio cover during the original roof inspection. I emailed Jeff and he responded the following day, coming over to inspect it for any damage or age related issues. Mind you, this is after he had my money. Again, Jeff was the ultimate professional. I can't recommend this company more highly. Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent and prompt communication, and integrity. Thank you, Jeff

    I like everything about them. He was prompt and professional. He made me feel like he knew his business. He did the work on time. He cleaned up afterwards. Since it has rained heavily since he did the work and I don’t have any more leaks, I think he did a good job. It needed more work than I realized and that’s not to say he was overselling me something. I was happy with everything about him on the first visit. I was happy with the price I paid. I think I got my money’s worth

    We contacted Ariat Roofing because we couldn't determine the source for a leak that was damaging out dining room ceiling. My first thought was that the dining room roof vent had sucked in driving rain from several 60mph, horizontal rain storms in the past. Jeff explained the workings of the vent and said the leaks were probably from elsewhere. He examined the roof and figured the leaks were due to defective wall flashings. He checked the entire roof and pointed out damaged and missing tiles. He removed several tiles from the dining room roof and pointed out a couple of substandard installation practices; I realized he was correct based on what I had learned from a previous house in Henderson. I gained complete confidence in Jeff and asked him to schedule repair services and to replace the dining room roof. Jeff was professional and respectful in all his dealings with us. Being a retired couple, we've had experience with many contractors over the years and Jeff was by far the best we've dealt with. His communication skills and job knowledge are solid

    They were professional and offered their suggestions. They were able to install them where I wanted them. The installation for 3 skylights was completed within 4 hours and they look great. The amount of light is incredible. The built in LED night light is a plus. I'm curious to see if it will have an effect on keeping the house cool in the summer here in the desert. Definitely recommend it to anyone considering a skylight. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner

    Was referred to Sun Cat by a friend who works a lot with Habitat for Humanity. Sun Cat had installed solatubes in a local Habitat home. My friend suggested that the solatubes might be the answer to my problem of a very dark living area. Had to have lights on all day long. I called Sun Cat for an estimate and was scheduled with an appointment the next day. Mr. Georgens arrived early (which I loved) and thoroughly explained their products. I decided to have the 2 solatubes installed and it was immediately scheduled. The work men arrived an hour EARLY (I hate waiting for workers) and installed the 2 solatubes in 2 hours. They were friendly and professional and cleaned up after the work was done

    The Sun Cat Representative arrived at the appointed time and described the Solatube product and installation process very well. We were concerned that they couldn't put them into our tile roof but the rep told us that the had trim pieces that replaced the tiles that needed to be removed. His quote was exactly as described in their newspaper ad. We had to wait several weeks for our HOA approval before we could schedule the job and he said that they would honor the price for 30 days. (Fortunately our HOA gave us the approval in only three weeks). Te Sun Cat installer called us to confirm his arrival, arrived on time, and put drop cloths wherever he was operating. The installation took less than 4 hours for both tubes and his quality of work was great. He cleaned up the debris from the installation too. We are very happy with the natural light that our Solatubes brought into the dark areas of our house. Sun Cat's price was very reasonable and their workmanship was flawless well as well. Highly recommended
