My vents had not been cleaned for serval years so I was expecting a lot of dust. I clean the dryer filter after each use and this vent had been cleaned within the past two years so I was not expecting any issues. They found that a bird had gotten into the vent and causes a restriction of airflow. They removed this and recommended a vent cover and would have supplied it if they had one available. They were willing to come back and install one at a later date. The vents cleaned were replaced and the work areas left clean.

The employee was great, on time, professional, knowledgeable, however... After he left that afternoon the house began to warm pretty significantly. I inspected the vents that the faces were taken off and cleaned and on about half of the house the duct was off and completely loose blowing cold air into the floors, walls, and ceilings. I was able to reattach the ducts to the vents and vent covers. This was pretty minor of a problem and for the price you pay for what you get. If you want to save money on your duct cleaning use this company, just remember to go around and check that all the duct lines are attached to the vent covers before he leaves your house.

I think they just cleaned the vents only, however, after the cleaning there was nothing at all coming out of some of the vents like the ducts or vents were blocked. They didn't clean the dryer vent because the ducts had come off the dryer. I will have to hire someone else to try and fix or unclog the air ducts.
