  When I decided to make the leap to replace the siding, trim, and gutters on my 2-story house, I reached out to two companies for quotes. Though Ohio Exteriors' quote came in higher than the other company, I liked their design the best. Bruce did an excellent job of coming up with ideas for some more modern touches, which was important to me (I knew I wanted something different, but had no idea what). Once the siding came in from the manufacturer, the project started in a matter of days. It's not pleasant to have the disruption of a house project, but the siding crew worked long, hard days to get it done, and I love the final result! The gutters were a piece of cake after the multiple days of siding replacement. It's important to be realistic during the process & expect there will be things that do not go as planned (which is normal). The project manager at the Ohio Exterior's office, Janice, was awesome - kept me updated on the status of the siding order, and construction details. A wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable person. After the siding and gutter crews finished, I had a walk through with the owner, James, who was nice enough to spend time answering my questions and inspecting the work that was done. The siding crew came back out to do some final tweaks, and we're good to go! So far each of my neighbors (and the mail carrier!) has commented on how great the house looks. It's a good chunk of change, but I feel like I have a whole new house! I definitely would not hesitate to use Ohio Exteriors in the future

  There were some setbacks due to delay in shipping but Janice kept me posted bi-weekly on the status. Upon the materials being delivered the install was scheduled and completed very quickly!   We worked with Elite on a kitchen remodel and a three-season room addition during 2020 and have been completely happy with the results. From estimate to completion, Robert and his company were great. He was one of the few contractors we spoke with early in the process who was willing to draw up some ideas up front and price them out…the rest were unwilling to do so until we put a sizeable payment down. Everyone, from Robert to the project managers to the carpenters, was willing to listen to our ideas and our needs and helped make them happen. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal. We truly have a kitchen that is customized to what we want. Steve and Rodney were the carpenters in charge of the kitchen, and they were great! They were friendly, clean, courteous and always happy to talk through the project, their progress and any issues they encountered. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, their No. 1 concern was making things right so that we were happy. Mike and Brian handled our three-season room addition, and they were great, doing everything from demo to framing to flooring to finishing. They were always willing to listen to our ideas and make any minor adjustments on the fly. We are extremely happy with their work and the added living space we now have! As with any significant remodeling project, there were unexpected surprises and delays, but these issues were always dealt with in a timely, transparent manner, either by Robert himself, the project managers or the carpenters. We firmly believe in getting what you pay for, and Elite certainly isn’t the cheapest remodeling company out there, nor were they the most expensive. But what you’re paying for – and getting with them – is quality materials, quality work and value. We would highly recommend them for any project

  Fast! Siding was done in two days and new gutters were up a week later. Good cleanup after the job. Communication through the entire process was excellent. Appreciated their attention to detail and addressing all our concerns. Our house looks brand new!

  I was so happy! During an especially hard rain 5-6 weeks ago, I noticed water pouring over my gutter and filling up my window well! In the pouring rain, I checked the drain at street level and it was clear. My glass block window was holding back the water as I bailed out the water but right then I knew I needed to do more. Gutter Boys did great job on a detached garage a year before so I called them again. They responded to my call quickly. Bobbie came out and recommended not only getting guards but also getting a larger gutter. He showed me the two quotes (one with just the guards and one with the guards and the larger gutter/drain -- and I decided to get the larger gutter/drain. It was less than two weeks and they were able to do the installation. Abraham was the team lead and did a great job answering my questions and listening to my concerns for landscaping and doing a thorough job. They finished the job on a Wednesday and four days later we had another super down pour of rain -- that gutter/drain did a great job moving all the water away from the house. I was so happy that I called them when I did, that they were responsive, that I said yes to the quote, that they came out in good time, and that the job was done so well. I gave them 4 stars on cost -- I did not shop around for a quote and they will tell you they aren't the cheapest in town so you are going to pay a bit more -- but that extra cost is worth the peace of mind I will have each time we have those heavy rains! And I will call them to do gutters in the back of house -- I do appreciate that they are happy to take care of my gutter guards and replacement one section of my house at a time
