    Nick and his team were amazing. Unbelievably great end result to fixing our in ground pool and making it better than it ever. Basically rebuilt it from a disaster left by another known pool company. He did everything he said he was going to do and more. He really cared about the project and other elements related to it that wasn’t even part of the scope. Definitely a value add beyond the cost of the job. Highly recommend

    I would not recommend Hirsch Pools to anyone. Our fiberglass pool was not properly installed and we are unable to use our pool as a result (two different companies inspected our pool and verified this). Nick was difficult to work with and is not accepting responsibility, leaving us with a terrible situation

    It has been our great pleasure to work with Nick and Caribbean Pools. When considering which company to choose, we picked Caribbean because they were prompt, patient and transparent. They’re also a local, family owned company with over 30 years of experience. Nick took the time to sit down with me and review every aspect of the associated installation costs. He explained the timeline and even came over a third time to review the details and recommended location with my wife. I drafted up a design plan for the patio and pool which they were able to bring to life (see photos). Their prices were competitive and I feel that we recovered a great return on our investment. They were on time to the job, polite, safe and respectful. They made sure that the job site was left clean and safe at the end of every workday. At the completion of the work, Nick spent the morning reviewing the operation of the pump and heater as well as maintenance. Overall, I cannot recommend Caribbean Pools highly enough. I will most definitely recommend them to my family and friends and plan to continue to do business with them (openings and closings) for years to come

    I emailed the owner Mike Giovanone and asked for him to send me a representative to look at my pool to give me some options. He came to my home instead within the week. After our initial meeting we then met at his office and went over all the options available for my renovation. He made suggestions I didn't even know existed, such as the deck jets. I picked out the new liner, we set the date for construction to begin, he gave me a list of sub-contractors he works with to call for the electrical, gas, concrete, etc... The day we took the cover off, I was horrified at the condition of my pool, it looked awful, I knew it needed work, but I had no idea it was that bad!!! Within a week, my pool had been transformed into a beautiful sanctuary I couldn't wait to dive into!! It is breathtaking and I haven't even done the concrete work or the landscaping yet! I knew that Concord would do a good job, they were the original builders of our pool and continue their stellar work and customer service 32 years later. I wouldn't dream of dealing with any other pool contractor

    We decided it was way too expensive. We were happy. They were good about coming in. They came on time. The estimate was way out of the ballpark. Our pool is surrounded by concrete and we were talking about redoing the concrete and all that. I guess they were on Angie's List. We also have friends that had Concord do something for them. They were high. They might have been fine to work with and all that and it probably would have been a good result but they were very high. It was too costly for us. Working with the guy was just fine. He was very personable and helped. They came out when they said they were gonna come. They were right on time. I couldn't afford them. Because of the cost, I probably wouldn't use them

    We called them on a Thursday and he came between his sons baseball games, came on a Sunday morning, I was pleased with his responsiveness. It was a little higher then we thought but it was close to the other estimate we got. Very prompt, courteous and gave us the estimate.

    I would recommend Caribbean to anyone. One of the owners Nick or Dean were always onsite. Nick was extremely responsive to any question or concerns and even on the weekends. Installing a pool was more stressful then I originally thought but they walked us through every step of the process. All their employees were professional and extremely nice. I can't wait to spend the summer in our pool! Thanks Caribbean
