  It went fantastic. I sent an email and immediately got a response from Nicholas. He said bring it in and they would fix it while I wait and provide new keys. I delivered the lockset and they rebuilt it for $30 and $3.95 per key. This lockset is a premium product that matches the handle set and is discontinued. They were extremely prompt, professional and reasonable. This made far more sense than jumping onto Amazon as we are all very quick to do. Thanks Nick!

  After I'd been scammed by and waited for another 'company' that advertised emergency service within 30 minutes, and never showed, I called the Center for Security. The person who answered the phone was professional, pleasant, and courteous. They sent Chris, who arrived in less than 30 minutes, and was sympathetic, good-natured, and good at what he does. He was able to extract the end of a key that had broken off in the deadbolt lock a couple of years ago and duplicate that to make a brand new key that worked on the first try. He also made some extra keys, since I'd lost the hidden key set that should have let me in in the first place. He patiently answered questions about possible home lock replacement/keying, & a problem with one auto key fob, and didn't try to upsell the services. They've just earned themselves a new customer

  Gentleman came out and managed after much finagling to get the door open. He then returned a week later with a replacement door knob. Door works great now, and I can get to my clothes! i can't tell you exact cost, as my dad gave this to me as a Christmas present, but he seemed pleased.

  Gave them a call last week and asked if it's possible that all the knob locks and deadbolts in our new home could be opened with a single key. Yup. The earliest they could schedule me was two days later. We set it up for and quot;sometime after noonand quot; and they said the guy would call a half hour before he arrived and... he actually did! I handed him the envelope of keys that we'd been given by the previous owners, and went back to watching So You Think You Can Dance while the guy did his thing. Maybe an hour later, he handed me four copies of a single key and encouraged me to confirm they worked while he made up the bill. According to the invoice, he ended up rekeying five locks and replacing two doorknobs. My only regret is that I'd handed him an envelope full of keys, some of which were for random other locks around the house (a bedroom, the big garage door), and it seems those are all now gone. I wish I'd thought that through, and also wish he had given me back all my keys, even if most of them were now replaced. He did, however, leave me the two doorknobs he'd replaced... though without the keys

  We used Angie's List and found this provider. The provider was very quick to respond back and was detailed on the price it would cost for the work performed. We had to wait a bit due to both our and their schedules, and when there was a miscommunication on the appointment time, the provider was accommodating in making sure that they were able to do the job with our schedule. The service man that came to do the job was very pleasant and did the job accordingly. We would highly recommend this Provider, JP Mangione, to any one looking for locksmith services
