I gave Junk Tank a call to pick up some furniture that has been sitting in my backyard for awhile. They came in time and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. Will definitely call again.

I was very pleased with the service. Joel came on his day off with his father and cleared out my basement and stuff in my 3rd floor apt. They were very nice and did a fantastic job. I called them and they came within the hour. Very punctual. I would definatley hire again. I also recommend this company to others.

We have called the office and they were very helpful. They are really good at replacing our garbage can in a timely fashion. We have had a couple of times when we came home and the garbage cans were in the middle of the drive way. They are good over all.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL WITH HANDLING OUR CONCERNS, AND IN RARE CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE WE HAVE TOO MUCH TRASH, THEY ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE OVERFILLED CONTAINER EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT BOUND TO DO SO.

They do removal of recycling and trash. They do special pick ups and they're not messy. They have a recycling program that's good. I'm happy with their services. No matter what the holiday is they pick up on their scheduled day. They pick up everything as long as I take it to the road.

The drivers are nice if you're outside when they come to pick it up. They're nice and they don't leave a mess. I think the prices are very reasonable. They're always here on the days that they're supposed to be here. I don't have to worry that they'll be late or not coming on that day and the trash will overflow.

On their website, I entered the date and time for them to come over. You were given a 2-hour time window on your choice of days. They called about 20 minutes before they arrived, and then showed their rates (based on how much of the truck is filled). The two workers took a look at the amount of garbage to be hauled away, and then provided their estimate. They removed all the garbage in about 20 minutes, and cleaned the area up after the removal. It ended up being 1/3 truck load. They were very polite, professional, and I am pleased overall with their service.

I went to the 1-800-Got-Junk? website and provided the requested information including an estimate of the amount of debris, etc. I needed to have hauled away. I made an appointment on-line for late afternoon but within 15 minutes I received a call asking if they could come within the next 30-45 minutes. They arrived within 30 minutes and were very polite and professional. They were able to load their truck within 15 minutes and only charged the minimum amount.

PROCESS WAS SMOOTH... WE SCHEDULED A DATE FOR PICK UP ONLINE, PAID FOR THE SERVICES ONLINE, THEY GAVE US A CALL TO CONFIRM, COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOME AS PROMISED.

Showed up, parked smart (downhill) for loading. Looked over amount and advised I could ad a little more. Were helpful and definitely tried to "pack the truck" as completely as possible. Swept up driveway before they left.
