I spend $20 a week. Overall it's fine. I have a basic service. They come on the same day every week reliably.

quick response, prompt to appointment, helpful with suggestions, informative, pleasant. written estimate upon completion. addressed all areas of work. provided good schedule to do work.

They are very prompt and they are always here when they say they are coming. They listen to our complaints or to any questions that we might have about the grass. They will fix it or do something about it. They cooperate really well. We think that they are an excellent company.

After an initial year of service that was satisfactory, they called me this year about renewing. I thought that this would be fine and I renewed anticipating that it would be similar to the service I received last year. What a mistake that turned out to be. To be fair, they did come out as scheduled, they worked quickly always cleaned up. Unfortunately, they turned my lawn entirely brown. When I called, it was acknowledged that they did use lawn killer and that this killed the lawn in the front and back yards. I then got a bill. As it did not seem appropriate to be getting billed for a ruined lawn, I called to complain. I was very rudely told that IF I pay the bill, they will remediate the problem. If not, I would be out of luck. She went on to state that they had done this as she believes I had not paid my entire bill last year -- even though I have the proof of all payment through my bank and made this clear. Instead of calling me to rectify, it seems they asked to renew and then ruined my lawn? Incredible- come on by and see it! I would like to state that I go out of my way to support local business. I always believe that small companies deserve a chance and I like the idea of contributing in this way. For this reason, I am especially disappointed. I would not and in all honesty could not recommend this company to anyone. I have never written a review like this on any forum. I was really moved to do this based on the egregious treatment I received by them.

They returned my calls same day and stuck to their initial, estimated schedule. They willingingly made up for weather-delays by offering to work on the weekend. They cleaned up after each day and refused to take any payments until complete job was finished to our satisfaction. The job was finished on time.

I hired this company in March 2011 for spring cleanup and therefore I was happy to hire them again. I had the type of ferns that were taking over my property so that I was "jokingly" calling the place "Fern Grotto" I tried to remove the ferns myself, but after struggling for an hour, I only removed 3 rather small ferns because they have a massive underground root system. Because of this, I know all the labor involved in the removal of these aggressive plants.

Arturo's wife Alma came to my home and measured, and gave me the estimate. A crew came out and spent several hours cleaning and cutting out old growth. The front and back lawns were cleaned, aerated and seeded. 5 flower beds were thoroughly cleaned out and last years tomato plants which were all tangled around wire cages, were all cut out with the cages standing, waiting for more tomatoes to be planted. I knew they went beyond what was expected when I saw they cleaned out all the weeds and garbage behind my garage. They even cleaned behind my garbage cans. I couldn't be happier with their work and the price!

They did a good job and were very polite. We asked them to do snow removal and later on some heavy duty clean up. They didn't do it. I think there were some communication problems because they didn't show up when they were supposed to. They did call to find out about starting up again this year, but we already have a contract with another company.
