His craftsmanship, punctuality, and attention to detail are a rarity these days. We loved the quality of the mother-in-law suite he built so much that we knew we would use him again for a future office addition too.. As the in-law suite build was almost nearly completed, we ask Brad to design and quote us on a new office addition while his crews were still at the house rather than to wait. He painted my whole house last year and then when I had hail damage they had to repair the chimney and that had to be waterproofed, primed and painted. <br /> <br /> Both he and his wife came from Poland and went through the process of becoming US Citizens and have been pretty much been like members of my family along with my sisters and have gone to Christmas dinners with us because he is a worthwhile individual. show more

"First off the flooring was completed beautifully, it looks wonderful!! On the other side of this though…the workers did not show up consistently throughout the install. What could have easily been a 3-4 day job turned into a 5 day job, and to top it off the last day ended up being the longest day working from 9a to 7p. The last day they solely worked on the stairs. Tore up the newly painted walls and stair base, and left gaps between the riser and step. With all of this they didn’t even bring the amount of materials that we paid for, they were 5 boxes short which amounts to about $500, and still charged for the labor for the missing boxes and the 10% overage allowed for cuts, which amounted to another $500 or more. They were supposed to install painted wood risers on the stairs, which was not done. I confronted the Owner/president who apologized offered to fix the work on the stairs, and offered me a 1 box allowance. Did not acknowledge any of the problems in any way except to send someone in to “fix” the problem and a $100 discount on a $20,000 dollar job. That is clearly unprofessional and insulting. There was no care or concern about the inconvenience, and I was treated like I was lying so that I could get a discount. I even sent pictures of the materials that were delivered, the damage, etc. This was the second time I used them, and the last. I have gotten much better service and communication from cheaper companies. I would recommend you proceed with caution when using them.show more

"The service was outstanding! They went above and beyond for us. My wife was scheduled for surgery when our AC stopped working, We checked Angie's list and called Toned Homes, they came out immediately, and troubleshot the problem. they got us running temporarily but it was determined we needed a new inside unit. While I was at hospital with my wife for the procedure my son let them in to replaced the unit. They worked tirelessly to make sure that my wife could rest comfortably when we got home. All the technicians along with Tone himself showed so much concern for my wife's well being that I felt I was dealing with family. Tone even worked well into the night to make sure the unit was up and running and the house was cool. My family has found our AC service company for life, these guys are awesome and I highly recommend them! If Angie had A+ instead of just A they would definitely get that rating instead. Great company!!!!!show more
