- RMJ General ContractorsI am compelled to write this review because of how impressed I am with the job Rudy and his crew has done for me. The new chain link fence, the leveling of my yard, the sprinkler and drainage systems that were installed. Rudy may be the boss, but Jerry is the foreman instructing the crew as to what to do. He has the knowledge it takes to get the job done right. Our yard is a mucky mess because the water table is so high, so it took some dry days to complete this job, and that set it back some extra time. Rudy said that our stature of the Blessed Mary, needed to be lite up at night, so he provided the conduit and wire to get it done. He also provided enough conduit and wire to have power halfway down the fence line, so our Christmas lights could be connected. This is something he did at his expense and was above and beyond what the contract stated. I would be most proud to recommend RMJ Contractors LLC to anyone that needs fence or landscape / sprinkler system work done. I can only rate them up to 5 stars, but I would rate them higher if there were more stars available. My thanks to Rudy, Jerry and the very capable crew that did the work on my project

It was challenging due to size and shape of the yard as well as existing large trees with varying shade and all day direct sun. My lawn looks beautiful. The crew was careful with the rest of the plants and yard while installing the system. Gustavo set up the Wi-Fi system for us as well and gave advice on watering times and amounts to maximize the efficiency of our new system. He communicated well, took my input and follows up immediately if their is a problem. He does the winterization as well. He does need to invest in some rain pants though! Maybe I’ll buy those as his tip! :). Great company - great guy
- North East Landscaping ServicesThe crew Carlos sent was very nice, but they did not complete the debris removal from the gutters, left dirt from the gutter cleaning on the house, left a dead tree branch in the tree, and has not responded to multiple requests to send someone back out to fix these issues. Also, they did not trim a section of the tree over the driveway as requested. They did blow out our sprinkler system, and that seemed to go fine
- Martinez Diaz LandscapingPedro and Juan showed up on time, replaced my irrigation box and also my water spigot. They blew out the irrigation system to get it ready for winter. The water was turned off as well. Everything was cleaned up and returned to the original state the property was in before they started the project.

"Toms crew were fast curtious and quite professional. They cleaned up the worksite very well. Not all of my concerns were addressed. And when i emailed a video of a drainspout that is overflowing into the yard i get silence. Also the drains they install are definitely not adequate for this climate. Black corrugated perforated pipe mated directly to the downspoutthat spills roof runoff straight on the foundation. The pipe should be schedule 40 pvc minimum 4 foot from the house buried at least 18 inches and then married to a french drain pipe big enough to capture the runoff. Some of the drains are barley 2 inches below and not surrounded in drain rock. The sprinkler system wires were only 4 to 6 inches deep. When i tilled up the back yard to replant my lawn the tiller ripped up the sprinkler line causing a costly replacement. He wire was not per code as it is low voltage it requires metal conduit when buried less than 10 inches. I had to re dig the trench to 18 and replace the whole run. Definitely not worth the 6000 dollars i paid. Be educated know your building codes make sure they comply and be there to watch them. Cut corners are the hardest to fix.
