The Mystic Water Garden crew is so experienced at pond excavation and with rock placement that they work more like artists. They created a very natural looking rock lining including caves and safe haven for the fish to escape night predators and maintained a great aesthetic appearance with a three tiered waterfall. They finished the job in two days, under budget at a very reasonable price. Every member of the crew was incredibly talented and hard working, complimenting each other’s skills perfectly. The finished product exceeded my expectations.

We found Pacific Pond in the Angie"s list monthly booklet. We contacted Mr. Cleveland and he came to our house to evaluate the pond at no charge. He quoted us a price of $485 to perform the necessary repairs and maintenance. When the job was completed he only charged us $400. They showed up on time and they completed the work in a timely and courteous manner. They will be performing our monthly pond service.

It went very well. He could see how attached I was to my fish, and carefully caught each one. He got all my plants out and then sealed the pond. He took my fish home for the night to give the pond time to dry. He was back early the next day to fill up the pond, put my fish back in and arranged the plants nicely. He seemed like a nice guy to do business with, he really cared about my fish.

Jeff responded promptly. He came on time, It took several trips which was understandable. Price was reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

After installing two koi ponds ourselves, without success, we decided to invest in a professionally built pond. We are extremely happy with Samuel of On Golden Pond. Our koi fish are also very happy too! The pond is almost maintenance free, which makes my husband very happy. The pond was also designed so that predator birds would not be able to eat our fish for their meal. We are impressed by the quality of the work and the hardworking crew. They were always on time, quiet and tidied up at the end of each work day. In the future if we decide to have a maintenance person take care of our pond we would not hesitate to use Samuel again. If I could I would add a photo of our beautiful pond. Since the pond was designed to be splash less during the day we can clearly see all our fish, they are just like sparkling jewels!

He has been very good about fixing our pond and taking care of the fish in the pond. When I need something quickly, I call Sierra Pacific because I know they are in the neighborhood. James comes in and fixes things right away. I found him after he worked as a subcontractor for the company that originally built the pond. He is very responsible and knowledgeable about pond design and care. I haven't needed anyone to care for our pond in over a year.

Our initial contact with Sierra Pacific Design was Jamie Schevers. Jamie came to our home, examined our existing pond and offered some ideas for improvement . We agreed on pond size of roughly 8 feet by 10 feet with a short stream and a couple of small waterfalls. The exact shape and size would be determined during excavation and design. We scheduled the work to begin on Thursday (1 week later) and it was to be completed in two days, which it was. Jamie arrived Thursday morning with a crew of 3 additional workers. He had the pond liner, pump and all supplies with him and the rocks were delivered that same day. The rough shape of the pond was excavated and the old pond liner was removed. Jamie carefully moved my koi to a temporary pond liner until completion of the work. I was impressed with all the things that his team did automatically without any prompting from me. After the excavation was completed, the skimmer was positioned and leveled as well as the upper Biofalls filter. The entire pond was lined with an underlayment and a professional grade flexible pond liner. Large rocks were positioned around the inner walls of the pond and two small waterfalls were designed midstream between the Biofalls filter and the lower pond. Large rocks were positioned first with smaller rocks filled in for stability. They created a deep cave for my fish to hide in and seek protection from predators (birds and raccoons). Underwater lights (LEDs) were also positioned. An automatic fill valve was installed in the skimmer that was plumbed into my existing water supply to insure the water level is constant. After the pond was filled and everything was confirmed to be functioning properly, they used more rocks to build up a raised planter bed around the waterfall and planted a variety of plants all around. A few plants were even anchored in small nooks in the pond (as of this writing, 3 months have gone by and they are doing great). Additional low voltage lights were positioned throughout the area to highlight different parts of the pond, including waterfalls and plants. It all looks great.The entire team was considerate and respectful. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were careful not to trample any of our existing plants or landscape. Even the truck driver who dumped the rocks on our driveway was careful not to drive over the corner of grass at the end of our driveway. I am very pleased with the quality of work Sierra Pacific Design provided and the professionalism exhibited by the entire crew. Jamie was always available, either in person or by phone. I recommend Sierra Pacific Design. These guys are great! These guys did everything the right way without having to be told. A+

We have a beautiful new pool, thanks to Splash pool. We showed Brian our likes and he drew up a pool setup for our backyard that was beautiful. Then he sent us 3d pictures of what it would look like. It was beautiful. The pool turned out beautiful. Evelyn, In the office, was the biggest help in answering my questions that I had. She gave me updates even before I had to call. Matt came out to help us learn the system as well as answered many questions on how to take care of it. They also worked h****** fixing our fountain that wasn't working to begin with before they even started. they have since finished our job and Matt still told me that if we had any questions, please don't hesitate to call. It is such a joy to see the finished work. Thank you!

Excellent. Everyone from Aaron (estimator) to Sean (foreman) to Steve (owner) and the entire work crew were friendly and professional. They arrived on-time and completed the job in the time frame estimated. The finished water feature is beautiful and much better than the one we had previously. They made several suggestions to keep the maintenance of the water feature to a minimum, so we can enjoy our yard, not spend hours maintaining it.

Awful..ruined 2 of my fountains. Never returned by calls or emails. Didnt show up to fix my fountains. Overcharged me for chemicals that ruined my fountains. ..charged me 39.00 for a chemical that I could have bought for 11.00..and then the dye in the chemical stained and ruined my fountains. When I hired Martin, he said he would come once a week and his assistant would come the 2nd day during the week..he never came..he never once returned one of my phone calls.

Thee most excellent talented landscaper in the entire Valley. Thee best contractor we've been involved with. Just spent massive amounts to upgradehouse. Harley has been the most pleasant part! Economical perfection. Our yard couldn't be better! The most talented, hard working guy I've ever met! He showed up at 6 am on a Saturday to personally care for my plants. Hire him. Best worker ever! Kind, considerate, and brilliant!

Ever Care Pool Service has been great! They take care of my weekly service and have done repairs on my SPA motor. They're very reliable and prices are very reasonable.
