  We worked with Elite on a kitchen remodel and a three-season room addition during 2020 and have been completely happy with the results. From estimate to completion, Robert and his company were great. He was one of the few contractors we spoke with early in the process who was willing to draw up some ideas up front and price them out…the rest were unwilling to do so until we put a sizeable payment down. Everyone, from Robert to the project managers to the carpenters, was willing to listen to our ideas and our needs and helped make them happen. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal. We truly have a kitchen that is customized to what we want. Steve and Rodney were the carpenters in charge of the kitchen, and they were great! They were friendly, clean, courteous and always happy to talk through the project, their progress and any issues they encountered. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, their No. 1 concern was making things right so that we were happy. Mike and Brian handled our three-season room addition, and they were great, doing everything from demo to framing to flooring to finishing. They were always willing to listen to our ideas and make any minor adjustments on the fly. We are extremely happy with their work and the added living space we now have! As with any significant remodeling project, there were unexpected surprises and delays, but these issues were always dealt with in a timely, transparent manner, either by Robert himself, the project managers or the carpenters. We firmly believe in getting what you pay for, and Elite certainly isn’t the cheapest remodeling company out there, nor were they the most expensive. But what you’re paying for – and getting with them – is quality materials, quality work and value. We would highly recommend them for any project

  Elite did an outstanding job! Elite is a 5 stars company, and we cannot be more impressed with their craftsmanship, design, and professional expertise. Robert Harmon, owner, leads a hardworking and talented team. Robert and Tom provided the beautiful designs for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Dave, Ryan, and Brian led our entire project from start to finish. They guided us through all the different options for designs and took our ideas into account. We spoke with other contractors, but Elite provided the best design, price, and process. They removed one wall and created a beautiful open concept kitchen and dining area adding new lighting, new flooring, interior doors, and painting walls and trim. Elite was so client-centered, communicated thoroughly every day, provided project updates, worked efficiently and completed our project on time. It’s been about a month since completion. We love to cook in our new kitchen, especially our teens who cook almost every day! We are so happy to have worked with Elite and will hire them for future projects.   This company did a BEAUTIFUL job on refinishing our floors - they are stunning! The owners do the work themselves, and it is obvious that they are passionate about what they do, and they are so conscientious about listening to what their customers want. Our job involved fixing errors that were made by a different flooring company, and Lasting Impressions did an outstanding job. The attention to detail, artistry and craftsmanship that went into their work was incredible. We learned a lot about flooring from them as well, and there is such an art to mixing stain and getting it right - that is a very important skill that only comes with experience and attention to detail. They were so conscientious about mixing the stain samples to work with us to get the color that we wanted. I can't say enough nice things about this company. If you use them you will have floors that you never imagined could look so good! These are good, good people, friendly, professional and trustworthy

  If there were 100 stars, we would give them 100 from scheduling the initial visit and quote to the final work day and bill. This company went over and above on customer service. We had a rather unusual request, my husband and I wanted to do some of the work ourselves to help bring down the cost of the project since it was an extremely large job. Carifa came in at the best price and were the most willing to truly be our partner. We worked with Joe, who oversaw our project. He provided tips on the parts we wanted to do since we were novices and was ALWAYS open to phone calls and brainstorming sessions which sometimes led to changes in the plan. The crew we had was led by Juan and he was AMAZING. Every day before they left, they cleaned up spotlessly. Their focus when they were working was quality and we never got the feeling they were trying to hurry so they could get to their next project. I don't tend to give too many reviews, but this company and the entire staff we worked with are so outstanding, I want to let as many people know as possible. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any tiling job
