Pittsburgh Siding Repair

Siding had been repaired twice by other contractors. It was blown off in a storm. After DCB repair it never came off again. Roofing was efficient and well done

Mifflin Construction repaired/replaced siding on two occasions following storm damage. The first was over 8 years ago. Their work is solid and we'd use them again.

Work team was in the area and came by as promised to repair several pieces of siding that had been damaged by wind. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

I had to have a repair done quickly. Ireland responded right away to my request and handled the repair immediately. Couldn't be happier.

Chris Dallaba and his son Paul, along with the crew did an excellent job of organizing and coordinating the rather extensive work that needed to be undertaken due to siding damage from insects and woodpeckers. They kept us informed of any unexpected additional work. During the three weeks on the job they were punctual in their work schedule, allowing us to schedule our activities accordingly. Because they covered doors and windows prior to working around them, overspray, drips, and spattering was essentially nil. At the conclusion of each workday they left the worksite neat and navigable. Although the cost of the project was expensive, it is reflected in the quality of the work; it was thoroughly and satisfactorily completed. We would engage Sweet Success Contractors for future projects on our house and do not hesitate to highly recommend them to other homeowners.

Deck was removed, roof replaced, deck rebuilt and damaged room below was repaired and replastered. My new no-maintenance deck and room below are beautiful!

They sent someone over rather quickly. Inspected it and gave me a couple of options. They were very open that some extensive work needed done, but I decided to go for the minimal repair. They repaired as promised and did some extra work free of charge. They were honest that this was minimal and could not be guaranteed, but when it leaked again they sent someone over to repair again and did not charge me anything additional.

They did not take shortcuts. The siding was repaired that resulted in most of the section needing taken off trimmed and put back on again. They only charged me for actual work time. Past contractors hav charged me for their travel time but not these guys.

They did a great job. I would recommend them. I think their workers really knew what they were doing. They were specialist in each of their areas.

I had some of those fake vinyl shutters on my home that I have always hated since we bought the place, especially when they would fly off of the house in a wind storm. The final straw occurred several months back when one of them flew off and punched a whole in the vinyl siding of my garage. After that it was time for them to go. I called around looking for someone to take on the job of removing the shutters and repairing the damage they had caused, but because it wasn't a full house siding replacement no one wanted to take it. I also submitted this work to Angie's List, but again got replies back that the work was too small for them to take on, except for the response I got from Jacob at New Look. Jacob was not only willing to look but came out within a day or two if my memory serves right. He reviewed the things I was concerned with and pointed out a few things I hadn't even noticed. He gave us a fair bid for the work that needed to be done and was able to get the correct siding for my house fairly quickly. As I write this the work was completed yesterday by Carlos on his crew, who did a great job. You can't even tell I had shutters in those spots except for a negligible color difference due to years of sun exposure on the existing siding. I think by the end of summer I probably won't even be able to notice that. All in all I appreciate them coming out to take on this small time job that finally ended the shutter nightmare I've been having for the past few years. I would definitely hire them again.

They quoted a very reasonable price for the work needed and were able to reconnect the one siding panel while there. They also check and secured when possible other loose panels. I won't hesitate to call them for additional outside work.

the weather delayed the project some but that's no fault of theirs. they even came out on a cold, snowy day to finish the project. Could not have been happier with the work done. 2 guys who did the work were pleasant and and answered any questions you had. Tracy in the office kept me up to date when they were coming or if they could do to weather. good work for a fair price. would not hesitate to hire again.

While repairing damage from frozen pipes, I decided that I would hire Chris Jackson Construction to repair a shower that I couldn't use. The project also involved installing a bathroom exhaust and repairing the dormer. Chris and crew was punctual and began the project on time. They were very professional explaining every job they completed. While installing the exhaust, the electrician found an ongoing issue with the lights in the attic. After consulting with Chris, the lights was repaired and the cost was very reasonable. I purchased some pricey glass tile and was very anxious about the installation. So much so that I almost made a huge mistake and was going to hire someone else to install the tile. Despite my anxiety, Chris and crew stuck with me took their time and did a stellar job. Everything turned out beautifully and I appreciated all that was done.

These guys are amazing! They showed up on time, did quality work and we're very professional. I would definitely recommend them for all your roofing needs.

I called several companies to get an estimate on repairing siding that blew off in a recent storm. Zeke quickly returned my call and said he could come out in a few days to take a look. In the meantime, I had already scheduled another company to give me an estimate. Zeke said to call him back if he still wanted me to come out after speaking with the other company. The other company quoted me $600 and said they could schedule me in 6-8 weeks. The missing siding looked atrocious; I was not willing to wait 6-8 weeks. I called Zeke and he came 2 days later. He squeezed me in early in the morning, spent 1.5-2 hours making the repairs, and charged me $400. It looks great! Zeke took the time to explain to me this is a problem area on my house and how to fix it if/when it happens again, We also talked about replacement siding for the whole house. He took measurements and had a quote mailed to me several days later. The quote was several thousand less than the other company's! Zeke was quick to respond, quick to show up and make the repairs, and quick with providing a quote. His price was reasonable and it looks great! Zeke gave me some good advice on what to do if the siding comes off again as it has been a repeat problem and one I've had to have fixed in the past. He seems honest and sincere and was a pleasure to meet. It's good to know I have a "go to" guy to help with my siding in the future! I would definitely recommend Zeke to anyone!
