    We had a fantastic experience with Wayne & Luxury Kitchens. After being less than impressed with a few initial consults, we hit it off with Wayne right away and I’m so happy we trusted our gut to have him create our dream Kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! We had a large project including knocking down a wall, custom cabinets, Quartz counters, tile back splash, new canned lights, sink, hardware, electrical and floors. Wayne handled it ALL! The project was completed quickly; installer and workers were fantastic and showed up every single day on time, they were professional and did a great job. Wayne was also in constant communication as our project manager, checked in often and was flexible when We changed project scope (added floors & lights midway through!). We would recommend Wayne & luxury kitchens for any job - would work with them again any tim

    It went wonderful. Larry cleaned and sealed my granite counter top and caulk on 2/21/22. For some reason the sealant did not go as well as I had hoped. Contacted Larry 2/22/22 and sent pictures, he responded right away and came back. He stripped the sealant off and rebuffed my counter tops. They look like glass. It appears black counter tops are very dense and don't always take to the sealant - no excuses from Larry, he just worked to please. He fixed a scratch as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family

    We wanted to relay our experience with Mario's Tile. Is this man for real? He came to our home on time every day, he is an amazingly gifted master of his craft and he left absolutely no footprint of his presence in our home. Most importantly? His work is IMPECCABLE. We would absolutely hire him again and plan to to have him retile our kitchen floor. The fact that he is unbelievably kind-hearted was just icing on the cake -- why can't all contractors be like him? This is a question for the ages. As for our bathroom remodel? It looks spectacular. We just wanted to let others know because we know from experience how difficult it can be to find actual artisans who you can trust that will not only meet your expectations, but exceed them.     Excellent, its hard to find a company like this who is really dedicated to the work they do. Jerrod was always prompt, honest, and very friendly. He made you feel like you've known him for a lng time. I now know who to go to whenever I need ANY kind of work done on my home or the rental properties I own. A close friend referred me and I was a little hesitant at first, but after having this wonderful experience with his team and with SHB I wish I would've never used the companies i was using before

    This is the second time that I have hired Marty for a major renovation. His quality of work is excellent. He sent me to work with EW kitchens for the design. They incorporated my custom requests. The tile work completed is gorgeous. There were several COVID related delays (material shortages) and he worked with me through all of them. He is easy to communicate with and discussed pricing changes with me. His pricing is a little higher, but worth the extra quality and care that I received. Every detail is considered and/or discussed so the final product meets expectations. If I ever need major work done he is the first person I call

    We would not have been able to survive the pandemic if it was for the upgrades Marty and his team created. Madera is a professional, caring and awesome contractor. Marty made the entire process easy as can be with a complete kitchen and master bathroom. Always checking to make sure we were comfortable. Martine is awesome as well. His tile work is outstanding and mesmerizing. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Madera again

    My customer name is Henrietta Alexander. I patiently waited almost 3 mons for an installation date. When they called to confirn a date they assured me it would be a 1 day job. Cole and another guy showed up. They got the counters in except one which they said was not on the truck when they left the warehouse and Trent would get back to us about bringing it back and the unamed guy said he had to stop work to go get his kids. They left all my backslashes in my garage next to one of my cars. We could not use that car until they moved the backsplashes. 2 days later we had to call and Carey ans the phone and said Trent was supposed to call us because the piece that didn't come had broken when it was cut. We complained about the backsplashes and Cole came 5 days later and installed several backsplashes but didn't put sealer where the backsplashes meet the counter to avoid stagnate water and mold. When Nick came with the piece that had broken we had asked Trent to have Nick to seal around the ends that were exposed. Nick did a sloppy job and when Cole had to come back to finish the backsplashes he had to correct what Nick did and he called Nick while at our house and called him a sloppy installer in front of us. We were still finding problems so we called Trent and he came to the house to investigate. He said Nick would come back and finish the ends of the backsplashes that were left raw. It took 5 visits from them and holding back the final payment of over 4,000. Trent took off 400.00 from the amount we owed. However, the issue I have overall is if we did not check behind these guys and keep calling the company the 9,000.00 job would have eventually been a moldy mess. They acted like they didn't know their job. DON'T USE THIS COMPAN
