Jacksonville Wall Repair

Due to circumstances of my need and want the job needed to be adjusted from original design. With much design thought and ideas the manager did an amazing job bringing it all together easing my angst and concerns along the way. Always kept in touch and updated. Love the wall and patio deck!

At first the wall looked great. After a couple of months the wall started leaning and gaps in blocks occured. They came out and repaired the wall. Couple of months later same thing happened. Randy came out and reglued a block that had come off. We were told the wall needed rebuilt and replacement blocks would be delivered. Never happened and I have emailed them numerous times with no response.

The installation went very smoothly, and finally my A/C system isn’t running constantly! Very professional install team, all-round very happy with USA insulation.

Randy and Ray’s crews did a phenomenal job, My wife and I couldn’t be more happier really professional and committed to their work. I would use them again in the future. Thank you Randy, for a great experience.

Due to a previous contractors inferior work, my 3 year old wall and patio was collapsing. This team came in and explained what was wrong and completely rebuilt the structure properly, documenting the procedure throughout the process. Thank you Jim

4/18/16 The owner, Michael Serig arrived on time to take the measurements and to outline what the project involved. Once I accepted the contract, the pavers were ordered. The material was delivered to my house on 5/16/16 (the wait time was much shorter than previous times that I had this kind of work done). The next two days the associates worked on the project and worked the entire day until completion. To meet and be joined to the previous patio, the ground had to leveled. And I was very happy to see that all the debris was removed and the area open and cleaned before the men left. I really appreciated the time Michael spent walking with me inspecting the finish project and answering any questions that I had. He is very friendly and professional. Everything blended in so well and looks so pretty and inviting. I love what I see and can't wait to use the new sitting area. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to anyone interested in having quality work done. Michael, keep up the good work!

I had a previous poor experience with a painter in Atlanta so I was nervous. But A New Leaf Painting arrived on time with the exact paint type I selected and began working right away. My condo is about 1300 sq ft and 3 guys gave it two coats in one day. My walls were in good shape so there wasn’t much pre work to do. The guys were extremely polite and professional. I will use them again. I am extremely satisfied.

BUYER BEWARE! Art of Natural Stone was referred to us from a co-worker and after speaking with Enver, he came out promptly to provide an estimate to me as well as our neighbor. Later that week a meeting at the design center went fairly well, and the customer service went really well. We decided to move forward with the job of a patio extension along with a firepit and bench. The stone color we ordered took a bit to come in, however the team remained in communication with us which was much appreciated. Once the stones came in and work began, we started running into some issues. We were not home when the work was being done (our fault) and I noticed that they laid a boarder and then a darker color paver which was not what we ordered...we ordered one solid color. My wife immediately called the office and told them to stop the installation because the pavers were not the ones we ordered. They seemed a little aggravated (not our fault) but did stop the job and redid the area that was completed with the correct pavers. When I came home, the pavers were the correct color however there were several more issues. To begin with, they built a wall up with just dirt, the patio was NOT level, the firepit was not what we discussed and the bench was the perfect size for a 5 year old to sit on. Enver charged us an additional $250.00 to update the height of the bench along with having a higher firepit with caps. Needless to say we were very upset and extremely annoyed. I had my wife connect with Enver. After Enver yelled and cursed at her over the phone, for no reason whatsoever, he agreed to come out the next day, take a look and fix the issues. The next morning the workers did show up and it appeared that they corrected the existing issues. Enver however was a no show. How does an owner of a company not show up to look at a patio installation that had so many issues? The final product appeared to be more inline with what we had expected to receive. However, while sitting outside a few days later, we noticed that a paver (along the border) was undone and several pavers were moving (shifting) when walking on them. We called/texted several times and were told that a worker would be out to correct. After a few days of no shows, my wife and I drove to the company to speak with Enver. He could tell we were upset and said that a worker would be out in 1-2 hours to fix. This was at 10:00am. By 7:00pm no one from Art of Natural Stone showed up at our home to fix these additional issues. My wife and I left multiple messages via telephone and texts expressing our disappointment. Enver finally responded by calling me and began yelling at me because I wanted the work done correctly especially after I had paid a lot of money. Funny how the only time Enver called during the entire project with all the screw ups was when he wanted to get paid before I even got home to see the finished product. I have had several issues since they completed the patio. I have repaired the bad work using youtube videos which were better and more helpful than the service we received from Art of Natural Stone. If you are looking to be bullied and lied to, Art of Natural Stone is the place for you. If you are looking for something better, I would definitely connect with someone else in the market. Gary is a nice guy. Good to talk to but in the end I felt the project was managed poorly. In the estimate phase he told me this was the Final price and he was sure of it. In the end he asked for more money for dirt. The extra load of dirt wasn't even needed. Also he was supposed to add a filter mesh between the wall and dirt and forgot to. Now the dirt and sand run through the wall every rain. I called and left messages with him about fixing an end cap that one of the workers broke also for him to send me some documentation. He finally called 3 months later. That's just unacceptable in my opinion. In the end the wall is up but has issues I need to deal with myself. I guess you get what you pay for.

Cowboy works precisely and with great skill. He works clean and leaves everything cleaned up. He has become the "go-to" guy for historic homes in the Riverside and Avondale Historic District in Jacksonville. He knows the old homes and can remove paint from block and brick to restore it to it's original look. He takes great pride in his work and is well known in the area.

I obtained three different estimates for the sealing and Paver Sealing Plus was chosen based on product, price, and responsiveness. Cole provided the estimate and answered all of my questions. His projected date (which was 2-3 weeks later) for the work was exactly as promised. Although the pavers were only 3 months old, Paver Sealing Plus powerwashed the pavers and removed several stains. Josh did an excellent and professional job in sealing the paver walkway, patio, wall, and fire pit (even removing the liner and grate), taking time to avoid overspray on the house, fence, and landscaping. The experience and outcome was 10+.

He is top quality and he gets the work done so you don't have to call him back. He is thorough and takes pride in his work. He is very reasonable.

Pratt Custom Services is the best. I could not of had a better experience. Their ideas and vision for the backyard layout was better than I could of ever imagined and they implemented it perfectly. Materials came as described and installers were courteous and punctual. Pricing was very fair especially for the quality of work completed. Everything turned out beautiful!

This is the second job they have done for me. Last year had paver patio and sitting wall built in backyard. This time had patio extended, walkway installed, and sod installed in front yard. Another quality job. Hard workers. Professional, Personable. Highly recommend.

Good as old? You cannot tell that we had the wall replaced - it blends perfectly with the original brick work. While he was there, we also contracted with James to do a brick cove cover on our fireplace chimney - it looks amazing and he restored some of the damaged brick/mortar around the top of the chimney
