"On 6/19, I made an error and wrote a bad review against Southern Flooring Design team thinking I was writing a review against a different company with similar naming convention. My error with original submittal. When I placed the request I was immediately contacted by Southern Flooring Design team, on Fathers day, and they wanted to see the job that day! After team visit and scope review they provided a fair price but I had another vendor lined up to visit the job task. After that second review I settled with Southern Flooring Design team and we had an agreement to begin job the following weekend (6/25). The team is professional, well organized, and ethically responsible contractor. My tenant is satisfied with their work ethic. As a homeowner you want trustworthy people supporting your home improvement plans and I would recommend Southern Flooring to any Wilmington Homeowner seeking a responsible and trustworthy contractor."

"There was major water damage around a big arched window in front of my house. I didn't know how extensive the repairs would be. Scott Creamer explained each step when he gave an estimate. Work on the exterior found that bare wood was under the siding. Flashing and industrial plastic sheeting were installed and the siding replaced in half a day. On the inside the damaged sheetrock and plaster around the window was removed. Metal strips were placed inside. Paint was matched to existing and the entire wall was painted. I am thrilled with the result! I enjoyed dealing with Scott Creamer in the planning. Johnny is the construction expert who did the actual repairs. He is a perfectionist! I will be recommending Myers Restoration Group to everyone. Thank you for restoring my faith in local businesses."

"We were looking for someone for a small job- to repair a lower screen panel in our porch which our cat pushed through. David responded by phone within the hour that we placed the online request. He came by that day to give us an estimate, which we felt was reasonable. He set a date the following week and showed up when he said he would. The work was done professionally and proficiently. These days, when someone responds quickly/comes by and gives a reasonable estimate which they stands by/then shows up to do the work when they say they would...We rate that person a 5/5. We will use him again, as needed. We have already given his name to two of our friends."
