"Scott Horrigan came to my house to address an electric light problem in my spare bedroom. He showed up on time, handled himself professionally, analyzed the issue, purchased the supplies needed to fix at Lowes, and resolved the issue timely. Would recommend to others for electrical needs. Cost was $150 for labor to remove and install new a light fixture and $75 trip charge to go to Lowes down the street and purchase supplies (I purchased supplies over the phone).

"It went extremely well. S.O W. responded quickly; I sent pictures and received a detailed quote via email. What a great way to do business! The company owner, who if I recall correctly has been in business for over 19 years, did the work himself. It was like having your favorite family member acting in a professional capacity. I asked for the tricks of the trade, and after a lesson, immediately realized that aside from a couple of good tools, the secret is "wax on, wax off" for a few thousand times. Previously it took me two full days to try to do what he did in two hours and the quality of my work didn't come close A woman's got to know her limitations. "When it came time to get rid of our huge jacuzzi style tub and humongous plant shelf I only made one phone call. It was Neal’s. We had used them before. They are wonderful! The old master bathroom was gutted and our new one is elegant with everything purposeful. Our designer was Michael. He is an expert on bathrooms. He is so easy to work with, answers all texts and emails. Jantzen was in charge of the actual construction. He pays attention to details, so professional. Handled all our questions and concerns, sometimes even before we articulated them. The results surpassed our expectations! They stand behind their work for two years so that is an important consideration when choosing a contractor.

"Other than sporadic thunder storms, everything went well. Darryl contacted me every work day to say roughly when they would arrive (usually around 9-9:30 range) and the crew worked from then until about 3-3:30ish. They power washed, scraped old paint, repaired some wood and concrete and patched glaring problems in brick. They used 2 paint colors, which involved some detail work in the dormers. All work was thorough and Darryl asked questions and made adjustments as they worked. Each day, ladders were removed from the house and carefully stored in a location on the property. Trash was not left around the lot. Darryl asked us to inspect the work right before their last day and when we sent feedback on a few things, he added some that he had noticed too. All work was fixed to his standard the final day. All of the workers were polite and respectful and the house looks great! We have already recommended this company to some neighbors up the street.
