    After careful consideration we chose Classic Granite & Marble to install our quartz countertops, under mount stainless steel sink and Kohler faucet. I am happy to say that we are completely satisfied. The two installers (Alfredo & Helder) were professional and courteous. I was not at home but I was able to communicate and watch the installation process via my Ring camera. The (CADCAM) measuring and cutting of the quartz was exact and we don't have any gaps between the countertop, stove and refrigerator. There is one seam which is located at the midway point of the sink that is hardly noticeable. The other side is which includes the backsplash is hidden by the touchless faucet (which looks like a work of art). Last but certainly not least, our salesman (Andrew Boone) arrived at our home and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He addressed our concerns and searched the internet for pictures of kitchens that showcased our countertop selection (Pietra). Andrew took preliminary measurements in order to give us the cost for our project. However, he did inform us that the cost might change if the final measurements indicated that we would need more quartz. Immediately, I thought that this was their way of getting more money out of us but that did not happen. Finally, we are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend them. Brian & Sabrin

    Quickly and professionally. My 50-year-old roof needed extensive care after hurricane damage. Brian Zhe carefully explained everything he needed to do, included the unexpected—removing the asbestos residue. He finished his superior-quality job in two days. The building crew next door marveled at what he accomplished. He arrives on time, takes great care with my possessions, and works side-by-side with his (also highly trained) employees. He is a true artisan of his many-trades, a confident engineer and a totally knowledgeable business man. It is easy to see he cares about his clients and goes to great lengths to see that their individual needs are taken care of. I felt perfectly at ease with him and his employees around my home. He left me with a written review of what he did and a guarantee of his work—no builder has ever done that before

    I had a shower remodel done in 2017 that was not done correctly and had been leaking under the tile until it finally broke thru the ceiling below and made me aware of the leak. My previous contractor was not responding to calls/texts, so I started the search for a new contractor. I found Patriot Flooring through a google search that led me to Angie's list. I read their bio and reviews and gave them a call. I spoke with owner James on the phone and he came out within the next few days for a free estimate. He was on time and nice, but he gave me a quote that was more than what I was expecting. I learned when I got a 2nd estimate that James estimate was more than fair and I felt a good vibe with James and Tammy (owners) from phone and text, so I scheduled the remodel. They showed up on time for the work EVERYDAY! They worked EVERYDAY, no slacking, no coming in late or leaving early, these guys actually worked til they could work no more for the day... and this was driving all the way from Hampton to VB every day. They cleaned up after themselves, they were polite and their work is beautiful! In this covid day and age it seems harder and harder to find people who actually want to work, Patriot is one of those few and I will most definitely use them again and recommend them. I really felt like family with Tammy, they truly cared about my family and have such integrity in their work, they truly stand behind their job well done. Not to mention, their pricing and workmanship are top notch! Loving my new shower / bath, they truly made it a low stress process, even when they had to replace my entire subfloor due to water damage! Not having to worry about them not showing up or surprise fees.. it was refreshing! Their work speaks for itself, but the people behind this company are what truly gets my vote. Thank you! =

Always punctual, great at communicating any and all steps along the way and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisficed with the work!     Awesome company. The guys were very respectful of my home. Everyday they would put down tarps to cover flooring to and from the work area and clean up at the end of the day. The lead tech(John) would always keep me informed on what they hope to accomplish everyday. We were so satisfied with their work that we had a second bathroom done and scheduling for the third bath. The owner John is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of his craft. They do outstanding work thanks James, John and Thomas for a job well done

    Sal exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process of tiling my shower. He made sure all work was completed to perfection and went out of his way to correct any issues he encountered. He also picked out tile for me since I am not a designer and installed a nice neutral marble tile that everyone I have shown loves.
