Ed from Supertubs did a spectacular job. Before Ed's magic, the finish of the tubs was very poor - chipping and discolored. Ed arrived around 8am and spent the entire day completing the job. When he finished, we had two, practically new-looking tubs. We were able to use the tubs the next day. One impressive feature is the no-slip finish on the bottom of the tubs - great for showering. We had previously gotten quotes from other companies to remove and replace the tubs, but the prices were very high. We ended up with just-like-new tubs at a fraction of the price. We recommend Supertubs without reservation.

It was okay. They put it in good. I thought it would be a bigger bathtub than they said but that’s the only thing. The service was okay. I wanted to get one of those whirlpools and they told me no. They did alright. It took them 4 days to do the work. The price turned out to be okay. It's the bathtub that got me a little upset.

They were very prompt and dependable, the estimate they gave me was right on. They were very thorough as to how they installed the tub making sure everything was leveled and properly installed. They provided us with, I feel, very good quality tub and surround for the price that we paid.

Larry had put a liner in my bathtub years ago. It has lasted twice as long as he guaranteed it for. Instead of buying a new bathtub, I called to see if it could be relined again. (It was relined the first time due to cracks in it, which was there when I purchased my home.) To my surprised- it could. He did an outstanding job. He also put a skid resistance bottom on so I do not need a mat. The color is the same as my tub. You would never know it is not part of the original bottom. It only cost me $300. A new tub would have cost thousands! Before you buy a new tub, call him. He is honest, hard working, a family man, and stands behind his work. I am picky about work completed in my home. I stand firm in recommending him to anyone! My tub is going on 40 years old and now looks brand new! He is the only personI would now call for any bathroom repair needs. Call him!!!

We called and they gave us an appointment for the next day. Later that afternoon, they called and said they could make it in an hour. After looking at the tub and the damage from the ceiling below, he determined the bathtub drain needed resealed because there was a gap between the tub and the drain. He resealed the drain and we were able to use it the next day. What I really liked was the advice he gave. We mentioned having to replace the wet drywall. He suggested putting in a panel that we could pop out so plumbers could get to the pipes easier and without the cost of cutting through drywall. (We did.) He also mentioned that he could hear our toilet running and suggested which guts to buy and replace. (We did that, too.)

Ed from Supertubs came to repair my bathtub. He was very personable and did a great job. Unfortunately, I told him my bathtub was white (looked white to me), but when Ed got here he told me it was actually bisque, and he had brought white along. I told him that was okay, I was more interested in function than in it being a perfect match in color. He did the repair, and it looks very good. The area is whiter than the tub, and Ed said if it bothers me I should call him in about two weeks and he would come and cover it with the bisque color at no extra charge. He was very, very nice, and I was very pleased with his work.

Recent Review: I spoke with John Deluca from this company on Monday, November 21, 2011, to repair an eraser-sized hole in my bathtub. He was very nice and said he could do it the following Saturday (November 26th) and would be at my home between 8:00 and 9:30 am. At 9:35 on Saturday morning he had not arrived, so I called and reached his answering machine. I said perhaps he was having trouble finding my home, and could he please call me. At 10:15 a.m., I still had not heard from him, so I called once again and said that I asumed at this point he was not coming that day, and my husband and I had errands we were going to run, but I was still interested in having my tub repaired, so please call me. It has now been 12 days. Mr. Deluca has still not returned my call.

Recent Review: A few months prior to this work being done, Mosher was called about the faucet leaking. The faucet was old (and tired) and repair parts are no longer available, but there was a chance the existing parts could just be cleaned and that would alleviate the problem. I decided to do that -- it was right before the holidays and Santa was being cheap. They cleaned the parts and put it all back together, AND I was given a and quot;six month warrantyand quot;/credit toward the price of total replacement if cleaning the parts didn't resolve the problem. (Who does that??) The faucet started leaking again a few months later. They responded quickly and the job was done in just a few hours--including a brand new access panel they had to put into the wall because the contractor who hung the drywall never put one in. He's walked through my basement with me and given me an estimate on replacing my water heater and, since I cut every budget corner I can with DIY efforts, he even told me I could fix my water filter myself...and then proceeded to explain how. (Again...who does that...?) He's honest and answers all my questions thoroughly; I never feel rushed when he's explaining something--and he gives me options--not just the highest cost one. He responds quickly, schedules quickly, does a job quickly, and is very courteous and professional. His prices are the best deal in town. I'm a first-time home owner--and a female at that--and normally feel like a and quot;targetand quot; to contractors--but never felt that way with Mosher Services. Highly recommended!

Recent Review: When I say that my "new" home was dark and old looking, I mean that when you walked into the house there was ugly wall to wall wood paneling everywhere, as well as tacky looking acoustic board on all of the ceilings and what ended up being five layers of carpet on the floor in every room of the house. They tore out all of the wood paneling and ceilings and replaced everything with brand new dry wall, as well as removed the old carpets to reveal nice hardwood floors underneath. I was considering having them refinish the floors too, but they said that the wood was in such good shape that a little polishing would go a long way and that refinishing them just wasn?t necessary, I really appreciated the honesty as it probably saved me an extra $2000.. They removed a wall that separated the kitchen and living room which really opened up the space in those rooms and made the area brighter and seem a lot larger than it actually was. There was also a window on one of the walls in the living room which once faced outside, but there was a garage built onto the side of the house at some point in the past so now there was just a random looking window peering out into a dark bare room. They were able to remove this and fill in the opening so that you would never have guessed there was a window there previously if you hadn?t seen it firsthand. They replaced the cabinets in the kitchen and installed new appliances, refinished the bathroom, putting in a new shower body and a new vanity as well as installed a new water efficient toilet, and laid down new tile work on both the kitchen and bathroom floors. After all the drywall was put in and sealed up they painted the walls and ceilings, as well as installed beautiful crown molding along the base of the walls in all of the rooms. In addition to the molding they also placed pillar accents on each side of the newly widened entranceway from the living room into the kitchen. These were a nice touch that was inexpensive but gave the room a more upscale look when you first walk through the front door, I?m happy they gave me the option of using them. Once all of the cosmetic work on the house was done I still had to deal with some of the mechanical issues which I suppose come along with a 50 year old house that had only a single owner before me. The plumbing was a disaster, if you turned on the water in the kitchen sink, or the bathroom sink, or in the bathtub it immediately began backing up. They were able to clear out all the lines so the water flowed freely, and they also replaced some pipe in the basement which turned out to be rotted. The electrical wiring of the house was not very practical either, alot of the power outlets were hard wired to the light switches so that they would only work if you had the overhead lights switched on which was very annoying. They rewired these so that the outlets worked independent of whether the lights were switched on or not. They also cut out spaces for and installed additional outlets in the kitchen and living room which made it much more convenient for my family as there was only one or two in each of the rooms prior to them adding more. They also reconfigured the breaker box so that the outlets for each room were on their own breaker switch. Prior to this there were some outlets in the kitchen that were on the same breaker as some of the outlets in the living room, and then other outlets in the living room were on the same breaker as some of the outside outlets and so on, and it just didn?t make sense. I?m glad that they were able to sort them out the way they did. Overall they did excellent work transforming my old hideous looking house into a warm, modern looking abode and I was extremely pleased with the end result. They were very approachable when I had questions and I loved that they gave me options about how the remodeling was carried out. It was very convenient that they also handled the plumbing and electrical work too so that I didn?t need to get multiple companies involved in order to get all of the work done. I also appreciated that they didn?t try to push me in one direction on how to do certain updates based on how much it would cost. I felt they cared more about making sure I was happy with the work they did than on how much they were making off that work, and that is a fine way of doing business in my opinion. I am planning to renovate my basement, hopefully in the near future and based off my first experience with Red Rose Construction, I will definitely be calling them again..

Recent Review: Overall, I'm very happy with the work. Everyone from Bathfitter was very thorough, starting with the sales representative that gave me the estimate. He went through all the options and explained the entire process of what would happen. I felt very informed. Scheduling was very easy and they took care of acquiring all the necessary permits from the city. Any time I called with a question, they were quick to get back to me and were very helpful. The installer was wonderful! He covered all my carpets from the front door to the bathroom and did an incredible job. When he was finished, he went over everything with me and made sure that I was completely satisfied. The price seemed a little high, but you get what you pay for and I'm incredibly happy with the finished product. I would definitely use Bathfitter again!
