They spent a full day and I did get a call about replacing my 13 yr old recirc pump. I agreed. They were finishing the job when I got home. I located the leak so I knew where it was. I turned off the gas from the meter. Next day Ernie's sent Donald out to my home. I showed him the leak, he confirmed, quoted me a price, I agreed. Donald was professional, knew what he was doing, showed me a few things about my gas fireplace and gas hot water heater. We had a nice conversation, etc..... As a DIYer I am confident of doing some things around the house, but I don't mess with gas. Just a nice experience overall

I was also educated as to how things work, which proved very helpful when installing the R/O system.The only problem was both of our sons got a remote control helicopter for Christmas, and he wasn't able to help me get mine to fly correctly! I have managed to forgive him over the past 2 days though

"We notice a lick the of the shower. When moving the shower, we finally find a spot. I contacted them, but they explained that the tiles company is the one that has anissue. So, I hired an inspector to check the shower.. And the the inspector asked us ask contact to contact the both company (C&W).. So, I did. A week later, the outcome was unexpected. they did not admit the mistake. We did all required, but they just pointing about the inspector. We currently have no shower, a lot of money has damages. i do not trust them to work again anymore and everywhere.
