    My husband and I are extremely pleased with Paul's workmanship, as well as that of Maya and the others who worked on our project. They turned our open uncovered deck into a beautiful 4-season sunroom and full bath. Even working in cold and rainy winter conditions, they still made rapid progress on building our new rooms. Any questions or issues we had were addressed immediately, and they cleaned up thoroughly every day when they were done working. We would definitely hire Ragan Construction for any future projects

    First phase completed on time, on budget, and of excellent quality. Chris provided extra value with his design suggestions. Second phase was delayed due to production issue on custom doors. Chris let us know immediately of the delay, and made sure that they did not begin until the doors were in his possession. He then, as promised, had the wall removed and the doors installed within one day. He works with a tight group of subcontractors, so we always knew who was coming and when. Since the second project overlapped with the onset of Covid 19, that has been especially important to us. He limited the number of people coming in, and their contact with us, and all observed handwashing and social distancing while here. We would highly recommend Chris to others. His design ideas are excellent, and he and his crew know how to implement them, so that the cost matches the estimate

    They did excellent work. Very courteous and friendly. Very good communication during the project. They kept us informed about developments as the project proceeded. There were a few items that were unclear from the sales process to the actual construction. These were cleared up satisfactorily. The work is very efficient. The basic structure was completed in four days. The entire project lasted about three weeks but the delays had to do with back ordered materials and inspections, both of which were beyond the control of Air Vent

    Great! We couldn't be happier. Chris and all his crew were professional and delivered a finished product that has increased the appeal and value of our home. From the beginning we were very impressed with Chris and his building knowledge. He was able to to give us the screened in porch we were looking for and stayed on schedule from start to finish. They were able to transfer the existing look and finish of our home to the new porch and also replaced a damaged door that was in great need of repair. All in all we would highly recommend CT Enterprises and would be confident in using them again. They were a pleasure to work with

    Chris replaced an existing door when we were thinking of doing this project. Discussion were held, a plan was developed, other contractors were contacted and bids were submitted. They were all in the 'ballpark' but we liked Chris's personality, professionalism on previous job and the ideas he was presenting for the new project(s). We highly recommend Chris, appreciate his honesty - if he was unable or did not feel comfortable preforming a task and came up with alternatives. It seemed like he would not do something on your house if he wouldn't do it on his own home. We will not hesitate contacting him in the future on any remolding job, whether small or large

    My overall description is FANTASTIC! Chris and his team did an outstanding job from beginning to end. The quality of their work is first-rate, everything was done within a reasonable time frame, he and his team were always courteous and professional. The only delay in the project came when the supplier of the hardwood did not fulfill their commitment to have the hardwood in stock when promised. When this happened, Chris sprang into action and got the supplier to travel to another location to get the hardwood as promised. Another important point -- Every time I called Chris during the project, he almost always answered his phone and if not, returned my call very quickly. I have had many neighbors come by and look at the work they did and have had nothing but wonderful things about the job. I am very pleased and would use his company again without hesitation

    Mr Tarske and his crew enclosed a 10'X 40' large deck on our home. There was a roof over the deck. This entailed framing the three walls , insulating both walls and above the ceiling, furnishing and installing 5 6'x 7' Anderson sliding windows, siding the walls, both inside and out with a cedar siding. Further they built a 4x8 rock wall and 4x4 slate hearth and installed a wood burning stove. this included installing a chimney through the ceiling and roof. Finally they installed a hardwood floor in the room.The total package was completed in 10 days and is everything that we wanted.The work crew was highly skilled and precise in the job.They were diligent in cleaning up the area and removing waste each day and at the completion, made certain that all of the debris was removed.All in all, the job was done very well and we are enthusiastic about CT enterprises and will have in the future
