Randall answered his phone right away. He was able to do a same day appointment and was on time for the appointment. He was very professional and did a great job. I would hire Randall again.

Unit was too large for me to lift, so I called Handy Dudes. They came out next day (2) men. Installed over the stove Microwave, where there had never been one before. Work entailed mounting holding bracket. Drilling holes to drop cord down inside a wall to exit near an existing outlet behind the stove. Replacing light duty outlet with customer provided heavy duty outlet. Securely mounting microwave to holding bracket. This was definitely a 2 man job. Could not have done it myself. I would use them again. I hesitate to call someone for what I THOUGHT was a simple Small job, but they were happy to help me. Very happy with work and results.

The company contacted my promptly after I called. The office was very polite and helpful. They sent Ken to do the work. He was very professional and prompt. I would definitely call them again if I needed work done.

Phil and Chad did call ahead, but not the correct number - not a big deal as I was home.They obviously have installed appliances many time before, as it went quickly and successfully. Phil seemed to be the worker bee and Chad the boss. A couple of days later, when I called again to have them install a microwave, the roles reversed. I was glad to see the distribution of labor was democratic. The speed of installing the microwave was amazing and did require both of them. I think the $80 was well worth it, as I could not have done it myself.The fact that I called them back for a second job speaks for itself.

He arrived a little early and finished out the french doors then he installed the microwave. He had to make a run to home depot for a part. He finished the installation and everything was perfect.

Steve and his team were very easy to work with. They were responsive to our requests and did an excellent job. I thought the hearth would be difficult to match up (20 years old), but they were able to repair the broken pieces and got the grout to match near-perfect. The bathrooms look great. My wife is very pleased with them. And they even fixed a piece of bullnose tile I had chipped in the kitchen. Everything looks great. I am very pleased we used Team Tile & Stone. In fact, when we are ready the replace our tile vanity tops in those same bathrooms, we won't hesitate to have Steve and his fellas replace it with granite.

Pure Restoration is very professional, great customer service and provides results. I had sever water damage in my kitchen from a leak in my dishwasher that resulted in mold. They were able to come in and remove the mold and rebuilt my kitchen beautifully. They cleaned up everything before leaving, explained thoroughly each step of the project. I highly recommend them.Demolition of kitchen cabinets, counter tops and floors. Mold removal, drywall repair, reroute plumbing, put in new electrical sockets and recessed lighting. Installation of new cabinets, counter tops, sink, and flooring. Re-installed dishwasher, refrigerator, range and microwave.

Gary and his team did an excellent job of locating and installing new dishwater, sink, water filtration system, microwave, stovetop and washer/dryer combination. In addition, his team also installed a 120 and 220 electrical lines with drop outlets at specified areas. While installing the new sink that was too small for the opening, Gary and his team came up with a great looking alternative to installing a whole new piece of granite. Gary’s team also installed a beautiful entry way chandelier, tiled around an existing fireplace, and installed granite in our wine room for a great new look. I like that I can have a set time to have the inspections done. When I purchased my home 10 years ago, the builder gave me a $2,500 incentive on my appliances so I went to Sears. I upgraded the appliances from what they had for the builders. I haven't had any major problems with the appliances or the heating and air. I think that is due to the fact that I have the annual maintenance check. They have had to replace worn parts but it has saved me money. I would give their technicians positive feedback because they do follow up with a quality check to see how I enjoyed the service and to see if any problems were resolved.

They did all the water hookups for the dishwasher and took care of everything in regard to both of the appliances. It was perfect.

They are coming back at the end of the summer to replace the doors. The man they send out is just great. When he was here, he fixed other things and I kept giving him tips because I couldn't believe how good he was. They are so nice to work with. They are honest. They took me to the store and tried to give me some ideas on and then, we came up something that really worked. You definitely want them with you. It was a little over $5000 to do the kitchen. They sanded the cabinets, they spray painted them and they even painted on the inside. They just took good care and were so nice to work with. She pointed out things we could do to make things look better. They painted a bathroom too and oh what a difference that made!They are very reasonable and they respond right away. I am going to be using them because they are coming at the end of this month to replace doors. It took them a month to do it because they also replaced the horrible, old tile counters that I had with new tile. and it made quite a difference. The good thing about this company is that this girl has an eye for color and what blends in. Something I hadn't even noticed- I have gray grout in my white tile and so she worked with that. I have lived here for 11 years and I had not even thought of that! It sort of tied everything together. They really know what they are doing and I wish I had money to do more! They are so kind and caring. When they come, they bring home baked cookies. This is the kind of company that you would never know that they were from Las Vegas. It sounds like Midwestern hospitality.

Was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. Explained to me exactly what he was going to do and provided me with a written quote. It took him about 3 1/2 hours to complete the job (including a run to the Home Depot to acquire necessary items). He cleaned upon completion and confirmed satisfaction with me. Very pleased with the results and will hire hime again in the future. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! Freddy did EVERYTHING on my kitchen from tile floor installation, backsplash, new light fixture, drywall, and appliance installation! He went out of his way to work with my crazy schedule and there was only one time where we needed to reschedule. He worked overtime to get everything done and also came back later for no extra cost when my appliances delivered were damaged and needed returning. Quality "go to" contractor that I will no doubt use in the future! Oh and his prices are the most competitive I've seen! Please note that the pictures are before the ceiling was textured and finished!

I called Carl's to come out and talked to John. He came out and did a full inspection of the job and told me everything including how the electrical out let would have to be moved to make way for the new vent. No one else did that. It was a good thing John told me because the cabinet installers were able to cut all of the holes in the wall and the cabinets to accommodate the new vent.. With out this information there would have been a problem. I did not need the job done right a way because the cabinets would not be installed for another 4-5 weeks. The cabinets came 2 weeks early so I had to scramble to line up all of the workers. I called John 3 days before I needed him and he was at the house on time and ready to work. The work went off with out a hitch. John even had a special part made at the shop so the vent would fit better on the outside of the house. I had told John that I would give him a hand putting the microwave back up but I had to leave for work early. John had a helper come to assist him. When the work was done the entire work area was vacuumed. In the end the kitchen looked like they were never there with the exception of the new vent. The icing on the cake was when I got a 10% off coupon from Angies list that saved me about $80.
