    We wanted to finish part of our basement but had concerns about a few areas where there were leaks during long sustained or heavy rains. We knew the risk of mold and other unknown damage behind finished walls was too high of a risk for our investment and health safety. We did research of basement waterproofing companies in the Cincinnati area and settled on Everdry after determining they had the best reputation and track record based on review we read. The job was way bigger than we ever anticipated, but the workers were careful and considerate of our space inside and outside the house, and they returned everything to as normal as could be considering the level or work required when they were done. There were a few times over the first few years when we needed Everdry to come back to repairs some chimney leak issues in one of the unfinished areas of our basement, but they were efficient and persistent in resolving the issue. 15 years later, we are still enjoying a dry and comfortable finished basement.     The beeper on the sunk pump keep beeping. Contacted the office and they sent someone out to check on it. It turned out to be something that was minor. Hiwever, Iranh, Chrism, and Bradys handled this the same as a major issues. They made sure everything was working as should be and they even contacted the office about another matter.     I had an odor coming from my crawl space and thought water was getting in through the foundation and call Healthy Basement Concepts. Jason was able to stop by within 24 hours and he automatically saw that my Radon Migration system was not working and he checked the breaker and determined the fan was not working and that was causing the odor. Also, when we went outside to check the radon unit, I had water lying near my foundation and he could tell that my underground drains were clogged up after checking the downspouts and the street access point. I am very grateful that Jason stopped by and was able to determine my problem(s). He is very professional and friendly and I would definitely call on him if I ever have an issue in my crawl space

The week they were here it snowed several inches every day and they showed up every day and worked in cold/snowy conditions completing the job in a week. I’ve had no problems in a year since.     Sohan & Sons was the only company that properly diagnosed the water problem and offerred a reasonable solution. Other companies (Stay Dry, Healthy Basements, Basement Doctor, EverDry) all offered a much more expensive solution and claimed that the problem was caused by a raising water table which proved to be bull. Sohan did an awesome job and their manager, Sunjeet is a credit to their industry. They did the work as promised and even fixed an undiscovered additional crack at no extra cost. They were awesome and I highly recommend them as totally honest in an industry full of some shady operators
