"We had a flood in our basement and following an interior drain installation, we needed to have new padding laid down and our carpet re-stretched into place. This was not a big job which can make it hard to find somebody to do it, but Bob came to give me an estimate not long after I called him. They were here within a week to do the work and did a great job. They had to work really hard to stretch the carpet because it had shrunk after being wet, but they were able to make it work. And then they came back shortly afterwards to do the final cleaning. I really appreciated that they were willing to do this small job and get it done so quickly. I highly recommend calling Riverview for any similar issues.
