  My wife and I hired MA Design and Construction to complete a significant renovation of the kitchen and most of the bathrooms in our 19th century Victorian home. From concept to completion, MA Design and Construction were absolutely incredible. Marc, Raquel, and the entire team cared deeply about our vision, goals, and budget. They found creative ways to implement our design ideas, adjusted to the inevitable challenges of working on an old home with humor, reassurance, and warmth, and worked tirelessly to preserve the natural beauty of our home. For example, we had a gorgeous, turn-of-the-century custom cabinet built into one of the dining room walls that was coming down. In the middle of demolition, Marc and his team delicately removed the cabinet in one piece rather than allow something so beautiful to be destroyed. You simply don't get that kind of attention and consideration from most contractors! As we neared completion of our project, MA Design and Construction were constantly communicating with us regarding finishing details and ensuring that the work met our hopes and expectations. We are SO incredibly grateful to have selected them for this project and have already recruited them for other projects that we have planned. It's more than a "business" for MA Design and Construction; you feel like they're doing the work for their own family. That's the highest compliment I can give to anyone. I cannot recommend them enough

  We contracted AW Puma for a complete kitchen and living room remodel. We bought our home last year and it was quite dated (1970) with very closed off rooms. We had a vision to create more of an open concept and update the majority of our first floor. This remodel was a little more complicated since we also wanted to remove a couple walls and a closet, which presented its own issues that required several recessed beams. AW Puma took care of everything from demolition to engineering, flooring, cabinets, electrical, plumbing, etc. Overall, we were very happy with the final product. Albert communicated regularly throughout the process and we were typically on the same page. When any issues or problems arose, Albert took care of them quickly and appropriately. I would recommend AW Puma to anyone who is looking for any sort of remodel

  It was a real pleasure to work with everyone at Target. The painters and carpenters were kind, skillful, and meticulous in their work. It was actually a joy to have them working on the house each day. The office staff were consistently helpful and prompt in addressing all questions that came up. And all appointments for estimates, paint choices, or walk-throughs happened exactly at the times planned. I appreciated so much the clear communication throughout each step of the process, as well as the reliability and punctuality of everyone I worked with. Both the garage interior and the work on the home's exterior were completed on time, and with real care and attention to detail. I am extremely happy with the results. I am glad and grateful I chose Target for this project and can highly recommend them. I'll miss having them working here

  Let me tell you something about this company. When you have question about something, the president. (Steve) will contact you. To me that is so important. I run Sunrise Senior Living. And its very important that people are great to the residents. They get a 10 in this wonderful Company. And to go a step further they were outside when it was 100 degree out in July rebuilding a beautiful porch. At this point Steve and the Boys are go to for everything this BLDG They have there hands in most things and if they cant do it. Steve will find someone that can help. I mean come on. Who does that?   I couldn't be more satisfied with the continuing work done by Diorio Builders. All negotiations with them are fair and transparent. They have years of expertise in multiple areas of construction and can speak to you either in "construction " lingo or dumbed down common speak. Their finished product is superb and their focus is clearly on providing customer satisfaction. All my inquiries have been responded to timely and their design background was invaluable in the complete gut of my 1st floor bathroom. They are resourceful quick thinkers who can resolve all unforseen issues that arise. For example, when they were demo-ing the bathroom floor they removed 3 layers of old vinyl flooring only to find joists that had disconnected from the foundation. Rather than taking a shortcut by just laying down a new 4th floor, they reconnected the joists to the foundation and installed a buttress support system in the basement underneath. They could have charged me alot more for doing this but the cost was minimal bcuz they are intent upon providing the best product possible to the customer. Diorio B+C has also established very efficient relationships with a team of plumbers, electricians, masons, and HVAC professionals who coordinate superbly with them. I receive weekly texts from them with a schedule of arrival/start times for various projects. After the workday they spend time vacuuming and cleaning the worksite thoroughly. Also very impressive is the confidence and pride that they exude in doing their work

  Tony and Brian are high level professionals and were easily worth every penny. In the past 2 years we have had large scale construction done to almost every facet of our home and Tony was the best contributor to all of it. My wife and I consider ourselves very lucky that we got him to create the central part of our home. The years of experience that him and Brian have working together is apparent and it not only shows in their craftmanship but also in aspects the typical homeowner may not key in on without having performed these types of projects over so many years. They are punctual and everything in our project went without a hitch between plumbing, electrical, flooring. Tony only uses people he trusts and has formed a relationship with and it showed.
