We had a very positive experience with Centennial. They spent nearly 4 days working on our home. The crew arrived promptly each day and worked tirelessly in extreme heat and humidity. They answered all my questions and took care of every concern I had. Some repairs were beyond what was originally agreed to in the contract but done with very little up charge. After each day they cleaned up the property hauling away all removed trim and boards. They'll admit they're not the cheapest but they did excellent work and we couldn't be more please with the result.

Danny's Pro Painters LLC
We used Danny's pro painters in June to paint and caulk the trim and gutters on the exterior of our house. Danny got with me right away to get a free estimate scheduled. During the meeting he explained to us there were a couple problem areas where some of the wood trim needed to be replaced. Danny and his guys were out within the next three weeks (Some in-climate weather hit). Danny came and lined out his guys and they proceeded to power wash the siding and trim and Remove the bad trim and Caulk. Then they replaced the bad boards applied new caulking and painted. They also fixed a little "rot spot" on my garage access door to hold me over until I could fix it. The main thing I liked is that Danny was honest. I had 2 other Angie's list companies come out and quote me a lower price but didn't mention the wood replacement. I was aware it needed to be done and didn't want to have to pay a higher price later. There was a brief period in the 2.5 days In which I was a little concerned over the color. He called here to his main man Ernesto; the crew stopped what they were doing and showed me the match process and explained most of the pertinence associated with the process. Very friendly. Very clean. Very efficient and accommodating. Very professional. Great communication. Quality products. Waited a couple months to post to make sure everything held up. Looks great. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Recent Review: Stapert Home Improvements did a fantastic job from the time Jim gave an estimate to the time the job was completed. I recently had hardwood floors laid that replaced tile so the door casings were too short. Jim was able to come to the house on June 24 and look at what I needed. He also gave recommendations on a problem area I had at my front door. His estimate came in a very timely manner and was reasonable, June 29th. I had told Jim that I was not in a super hurry but needed to get the job done before my daughter's wedding at the beginning of December. He assured me that he would make it work. In fact, he completed the job on July 21 to my satisfaction! Jim's coworkers were fantastic as well. The team covered the floor to install the trim; they used the saw outside and when they were done, you couldn't even tell they had been here. I will be replacing my banister next year and I will definitely be calling Stapert!

Recent Review: Jason did a wonderful job for us! We loved working with him. He's a very personable guy with lots of great ideas. We aren't blueprint types, and he did a nice job walking us around the basement and just imagining what the various spaces might look like and what might go where. He had a great vision for it and executed it well. He uses subcontractors, too, and they are good people. We worked with Don, and he was very friendly, talented, and flexible. The drywallers Jason hired were efficient. The crew that did the mud was done in a single day, including patterning the ceiling. Jason and Don tried to save us money every chance they got. They recommended various ways that we could cut our costs without compromising quality, such as installing a fan with a heater in the bathroom so that we wouldn't have the expense of running ductwork over into the bathroom. They were very good at adapting and being flexible when we changed our minds. They always told me upfront how it would affect the price of the work, and they were always trying to reconfigure in a way that would keep the costs down. Jason built us some beautiful floor-to-ceiling bookshelves in the basement. We are really pleased with them. And he turned two useless vertical nooks in our office into bookshelves, too. The one time I had a problem was when I thought the work was going too slowly at one point. I texted Jason, and he immediately called me back and explained the situation. It turned out that they had had another project that suddenly needed to be shown quickly, and they were giving it their all to make sure that the showing went well for their client. He apologized and gave me a timetable for the rest of the work. Then he stuck to it. We thought it showed great character. Another aspect of that issue is that we did not initially give him a deadline. We didn't have any specific time we needed the work to be done. So we told him to take his time and do it right, and I think that's the way to go, if you don't have a specific reason to have the work done by a specific date. Jason showed that he could get done by a deadline, as he did for his other client (even in an emergency), and that he could work well without one, too, and really give attention to every detail. I would recommend to anyone to hire Jason for their project. We will definitely be calling him whenever our next need arises.

Recent Review: The kitchen in our 1923 Meridian-Kessler home had been remodeled several times, most recently in the 1980s. To create a more useful and beautiful space, Brian gutted the room back to the studs, removing as well the worn out tongue and groove flooring. Brian helped with design to optimize the space and worked with a local cabinet maker to ensure the cabinetry had a period feel with modern functionality. He reframed the window opening and custom ordered a window. He worked with Cambria's designers and installers for the quartz countertops. Brian personally ensured all subcontractors performed their work correctly; he advised some of these people when their experience fell short of his perfectionist demands. The masterpiece of the kitchen is in the three-piece crown molding to match the rest of the house. Brian's carpentry skills and attention to detail are second to none.

He completed the project with great care and quality work, as if it was his own house. He was actually recommended by another contractor - who said that he was ''good''. Suffice to say, he was excellent. Jeremy actually has experience with a wide range of professional skills (framing, drywall, plumbing, tile, tile inset, etc.) as he has actually constructed his own houses at one time. I would definitely have him work on my house again.

Recent Review: Eric was recommended to us by a friend and we interviewed several contractors to finish our basement. He was the most professional, thorough, and detailed, not to mention best-priced contractor out of 4. He asked lots of questions to understand what we wanted and why offered suggestions as well as a 3-D layout of our basement sent via e-mail so we could see what it would look like. Eric told us what this schedule was and started on-time, finished on-time and on-budget. He showed up every day at the same time, finished at the same time, never even taking a lunch break and always cleaned up at the end of each day. His work was top-notch and he even worked with us on some items we wanted to do ourselves in order to keep the project on-budget. He was extremely easy to work with, extremely trustworthy, and has been very responsive to questions we have asked after the job was complete. We have given Eric's name out to many people, including clients of mine and everyone has been extremely impressed with him. We can't recommend Eric highly enough!!
