    Had an old asbestos roof that had started leaking into the dining room ceiling and needed to be replaced. Had an abatement contractor remove the asbestos roof & Molloy installed the new roof, also replacing the flashing & valleys. The crew installing the roof was first rate and took the time to do it right. They don't use nail guns but hammer each roofing nail individually. Ted the foreman on the job came by in the early stages of the install because we were expecting a major rainstorm & he got up on the roof to be sure it was water tight. And again after the roof was completely install, he came again , got up on the roof for a final inspection. This was greatly appreciated and tells you a lot about what kind of company Molloy is running. They've been in business for well over 100 yrs

    Tommy and his crew did a great job on my carport. I had priced out materials to do the job myself, then I figured out how many hours it would take a couple skilled professionals to complete the job. With that, I came up with a figure I would be comfortable paying. I contacted Tommy, he came out the next day to survey the job and told me he would get me a quote the next day, which he did and it matched to the penny what I figured the job would cost. I gave him a downpayment (which covered material costs) and he came back a few days later with a crew and knocked the job out in a day. I am always skeptical of online reviews. I think unhappy people post a lot more than happy ones...with that in mind,,, Overall, I am very happy with the finished result and would use Tommy again if/when the need arises.     I chose to get a quote from Patrick because of his good reviews and, once again, Angi came through with a stellar service provider! Patrick is a high-energy, friendly, professional, knowledgeable guy with a "can do" attitude. We wanted to have most of our basement carpet removed and hardwood floor put down, including in a bathroom. I dreaded the idea of coordinating various workers to remove/replace the toilet and remove/install the vanity and I shared this with Patrick, to which he replied, "I can take care of all that for you!" We knew he was our guy right then and hired him on the spot! Later, during carpet removal, Patrick's team discovered signs of water entering our basement. It was a small area that others may not have caught it (or worse, ignored, just to stay on schedule). Not only did they point out the issue--forcing a halt to our project--they spent a great deal of time helping us find the source of the water and advising us on who to call to repair what turned out to be a foundation crack. While we dealt with this, Patrick was great about communicating and assuring us of when we could get back on his schedule. Please take a look at the photos I've posted to see for yourself the quality of craftsmanship you'll get with this talented young man. I cannot recommend him highly enough
