- CA Coast ConstructionAll the work I needed was done well and the crew was honest, considerate and also very helpful in the planning phase. I purchased a Tidal Fit spa (from Coastal Spas in Placentia). They recommended Nick at CA Coast Construction for the installation. I had an old in-ground spa and the new one is partially in ground. They demo'd the old spa, dug through the brick to form the proper foot print. They laid a concrete pad, installed the spa, hooked it up and perfectly matched the bricks to make it a seamless install. Of special note is that I needed additional electrical wiring and a new panel. Nick's electrician (also named Nick) did a great job and helpd me understand what needed to be done. This was an expansion of the original plan and they were very reasonable on the additional quote. Everyone took great care of the property and power washed everything to leave my home in good shape. Were there problems? Sure, like accidentally bending the gas line for my grill and some interruptions to the schedule. But all problems were fixed and Nick made good on everything he said they would do. So: honesty, skilled workmanship and their care for the work means I would hire them again

- So Cal Builders & Design IncWe called several contractors for quotes on building a pool and So Cal Builders was one of the ones who actually came to the house. He was very knowledgeable and made it feel like he was helping us come up with some great ideas. Some of the other contractors that came to the house and gave us quotes were pretty stingy when it came to creative ideas, they didn't really allow us to put to much of our input in. But that was not the case with So Cal Builders, it was really nice to feel like we were being heard and they had some fantastic ideas and found ways to save us money. Currently we had to put our project off until next year (personal reasons), but as soon as we are ready to break ground, I know who my first call will be to. Keep up the good work guys

We spent a lot of time researching and talking to different contractors before going with Pacific and it was the right choice. They communicated well with us in the design phase, making adjustments to what our "vision" of the project was to be. Construction went smoothly, on time and within budget except when we, as the owners, wanted minor changes made. The final project really was transformative in terms of not simply the pool but the entire backyard. I can't say enough about everyone associated with the project - Paradise Pools, their sub-contractors and the individual employees who worked on each phase of construction. "My house was in shambles and required a full makeover. We also wanted to add a shower to the downstairs bathroom for my mom as she gets older and stairs are getting tougher. I got 6 estimates and most came back much higher than the one I received from US Home developers and their definitions of work to be provided was also very vague, and left a lot of room for additional fees. Belle gave me a very detailed contract outlining everything that would be done. Armando was our contractor and like Belle, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was done very quickly and only took as long as it did because of wait times for material. Belle met with us a few times to shop for material and helped us through the design process which was very helpful because I was stressing out on this aspect. Armando made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be and was very flexible when it came to scheduling. At the end of job he even had all the junk in my backyard, which was a lot, picked up. I was so happy with the work they did downstairs that I decided to rehire them to do the upstairs. They even added roof replacement to the contract for an additional price that was much lower than the 4 other estimates I got. My house went from looking like it was straight out of an episode of Hoarders to looking like it’s straight out of a magazine. Couldn’t be happier!

The work was a complex one because it required the removal of some supporting beams in order to give a new open look for the first floor. Jacob was able to generate a stunning design and he made sure that the work will go according to plans. We had some delays here and that but they all were due to inspections with the city.
