We had a room above our garage with low ceilings that was rotting due to the flat roof overhead leaking continuously over the years. We either needed to tear the room down or build the walls up and reroof to make a functional living space. Sergey at Elite presented ideas of creating a functional room. What was created was so much more than we could ever have expected! Sergey and his team are talented, professional, prompt and dependable -if they said they would be there tomorrow at 7, they were there at 7, fun and so easy to work with. Sergey communicated every step of the way and involved us and our ideas along they way. Our house has a very unique style - slanted interior walls, curved exterior that made the project that much more challenging. This rotten room was transformed into a huge master suite with 9ft ceiling, several windows, slider, a full bathroom and a peaked roof to replace the flat roof. The room is beautiful and the exterior blends so perfectly to our unique house that it looks like it was always there! Thanks so much.

We are very happy with our new backyard landscape that K2 completed this week. Owner Michael came to our home to discuss our project and recommend plant selections. He was patient as we changed our plans a few times to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He checked with several nurseries to make sure he could find the exact desired plants. His crew was friendly, on time, and efficient. They removed old weed fabric and bark, prepped the soil, and planted new shrubs and trees to enhance some of the existing plants and provide more privacy. Our backyard is so lovely now and we look forward to spending more time in the backyard this summer.

Shilo and Michelle Ayers are honest and professional. Their contract was fair and meant to protect both their interest and ours. The job was completed within the contractual time frame. Bryce was on site and was professional as well. The work areas were clean and organized. Our safety was a priority, they made sure to block off areas that were under construction and unsafe for use. We would definitely do business with them again.

They are a great company, trustworthy, hard working, talented and creative. I liked how they have their own Cabinette and countertop shop under one roof. When no one else is getting Cabinetteâ s for up to 6 months, they had ours in witching 3 from when we ordered. The co owners were personable and have a love for God and that makes a world of difference for us. I would recommend them highly.

I thought he was very confident and his timing was convenient, he went out his way to help us during a weekend. He is very hardworking and has good intuition and knowledge and was technically precise with his measurements and did a lot of problem solving. I would recommend his to others needing to utilize his services.
