Technician arrived on time. Determined that the dishwasher problem involved dirty filter and he obtained a product to clean it out. The dryer problem required replacement of rollers and a belt. The dryer problem was caused by a plumbing clog, not the appliance and the technician advised me to obtain a plumber. He voided the ticket for the dryer and charged only for the repairs made. Have not used this company before but will again.

Our dryer stopped working over the long holiday weekend. A call to Joseph's and he was quick to walk though the problem with my husband over the phone. He was nearly positive it was the main circuit to the Whirpool front-loading dryer, so he picked one up and came over later the same day. Upon replacing the main panel, the problem still occured. Over the next 20 minutes he tore apart the dryer and located the problem - a bad heating element and thermal indicator. He put the original circuit board back in and called to order the new parts needed and returned the next day to replace them. He did a thorough cleaning on the dryer and left the laundry room spotless.

Shaun, the owner and technician that fixed our dryer was punctual, friendly, super honest and didn't leave until my dryer was perfect! He called when he was on his way to our house, which I like because I have 2 big dogs that I needed to put in a bedroom before he got to our house. A technician came out within a day or two of our call for service. He tested our dryer, and he found out that it wasn't a dryer problem but an electrical problem. Had a problem with a brand new LG dryer. Called LG and they assigned this service provider for warranty work. LG scheduled me for Tuesday of the next week. Home Run called on the intervening Saturday and said (with no small amount of exasperation) that LG didn't know his availability and he wouldn't be able to get to me until Wednesday. Little annoying, but not really his fault and fortunately Wednesday was just as good for me. He showed up in the window scheduled and had the issue fixed in no more than 15 minutes. Not the most personable guy, but seemed to know what he was doing.
