Curtis Sawyers is a dedicated professional. Actually came out to look at the our cooler project on Father's Day! He is dependable and does good work which I greatly appreciate. He carefully inspected our coolers which hadn't been maintained in over two years by a previous Property Manager who paid herself her regular management income; while never even stepping foot on our property! Curtis inspected all 32 coolers; some could be 'restored' as opposed to installing all new coolers which saved us a lot of money in our budget. Scott responded quickly and was able to make it right out to fix my AC the same day. I had a refrigerant leak outside on the pipe going into the unit that sits on the ground next to the house. He identified the problem, fixed it, pressure tested, and refilled the system and charged a fair price for the labor and refrigerant. 2 weeks later it is still working and seems to be ready for the summer.

the initial inspection of the old unit by Josh was very thorough and he explained the options of any possible repairs. Since the old unit was beyond repair he gave me the options of the new units that they could install. I made to decision to get a new model and they were able to schedule it for the very next day. He told me the time they would be there and who the installers would be. Kurt and JD were there right on time and explained what they be doing as well the time frame for the install. The system has been running great and the whole experience was done very professionally. They will follow up to check the unit and also file the 10 yr. warranty. I would highly recommend this business Airtime!!

I'm way up in the far north valley, not easy to get service technicians up here on short notice, and it was the hottest day of the year but they managed to get someone out here by 2pm (on a Sunday - incredible!) Scott McFarland showed up, diagnosed and solved the issue in short order, carefully described the issue, why option A was preferred over options B and C (which he offered - totally refreshing approach to customer service) and did his magic. So far all of the guys at Rescue One have been awesome (they installed 2 new units for me in 2020 and they were super impressive, efficient, courteous - and had good humor) but I want to pay special props to Scott, he's next level. I'm very appreciative of the guidance he shared, and the personal touch was unmatched. A+++, highly recommended.

I purchased my misting system from Water Rehab and it was installed by them. Constantin (the owner) was excellent to do business with. When I was having difficulty with the remote control, Constantin stayed with me until it was working correctly. I highly recommend Water Rehab and I will be using them in the future for servicing my water treatment systems.

They work fast and are very affordable even for Retirees on a fixed income! I will recommend them to anyone that needs work completed !!
