Walked me through trouble shooting over the phone. Basically realized it was water softener related. At house next morning. Offered to install that day! Didnt work for me-came back days later. Stop looking or calling around this is your company/dude. The big plumbing company ought to fear this dude. Telling ya, whoever reads this."

We had another plumbing company come to the house a few days ago and based on what they heard, they said we had water leaking inside the ceiling between the first and second floor. It seemed reasonable. They said they would have to tear out a piece of the ceiling and perhaps drywall on the first floor to replace the pipes. We were terrified that the cost would exceed $1k easily. So we decided for a second opinion. Jason came over on time and went into the crawl space (something the other guys didn’t do). He was able to recreate the “dripping noise” by moving pipes around and determined there was no leaks. Additionally because of his due diligence and not seeing any water damage below the house he could say with confidence that we had nothing to be worried about. I feel great knowing that we can trust the folks at Williams Comfort Air/Mr Plumber because they won’t make up an issue just to get our money. I’ll never go anywhere else again! "If anyone wants an honest / excellent plumber then this is the company to hire! Aqueduct Plumbing was the 3rd company I called for a water leak in my basement ceiling. The other two companies wanted to knock out my ceiling, run new pipe and charge me thousands of dollars. The owner of Aqueduct came with no service fee for coming and diagnosed the leak as a loose coupling on a toilet. He tightened the coupling and the leak stopped in the basement. He explained to me very clearly about the leak and how water seeks its lowest level. He did not charge for his wonderful timely service. I will always use this company because he is honest and trustworthy!"

"After I received quote, he increased the price by $300 because he needed to get ladders to paint a high ceiling and walls. He never got the ladders and did a very poor job of cutting in paint around ceiling. In addition, he poorly repaired several drywall areas...didn't sand them to match surround wall and didn't mop the ceiling repairs to match surrounding areas. Spilled paint on my furniture and rug. This company would be good for painting an empty apartment, but not a nice home."
